Jurisdiction and applicable law. All disputes arising from the interpretation or the performance of our contracts shall be submitted to the exclusive competence of the Courts of Brussels, which shall decide in accordance with Belgian law.
Jurisdiction and applicable law. 18.1. Any dispute arising from/in connection with the validity, scope, execution and interpretation of the Contract shall be subject to the exclusive competence of the French-speaking commercial court of Brussels (Belgium), regardless of the location of the order, delivery and payment, the method of payment, and even in the event of third party appeals or multiple respondents.
