GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE. Any and all orders placed with us shall be deemed to imply the irrevocable acceptance of these General Conditions of sale by the buyer placing said order. The buyer shall consequently waive the right to reply, in any form or manner whatsoever upon any terms or conditions, whether printed or hand-written, contained in his own documents whenever said terms and conditions shall be in conflict with these General Conditions of sale. Any reservations made by the buyer with respect to the foregoing shall be deemed not to exist.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE. Art. 1 The objects may be sold in Lots or individually according to the final opinion of ART CONTACT XXXX (hereafter referred to as ART CONTACT or AUCTION HOUSE). The Auctions will be held in premises that are open to the public by ART CONTACT which acts simply as AGENT in the name and interests of each Seller (the name of the said Seller is written in all the Registers required by Law). The Sale directly concerns the Purchaser and the Seller. ART CONTACT does not assume any responsibility in relation to the Purchaser, the Seller or any Third Party concerned.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE. 1 – The purpose of this contract is exclusively for making reservations at the above mentioned “gîte”, subsequently referred to as “premises” to ensure the best welcome to all guests. The owners undertake to personally welcome all guests and to provide them with all the facilities to enable them to spend a pleasant stay.
