The technical or organizational measures shall be appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data contained in the Personal Data and to the damage that could result from any unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage of the Personal Data and having regard to the nature of the Personal Data that must be protected.
