MODIFICATIONS. The Programme Agreement may be amended by the parties thereto and the Securities may be amended by the relevant Issuer without the consent of the Holders if, in the reasonable opinion of such Issuer, the amendment (i) is of a formal, minor or technical nature or is made to correct a manifest error, and (ii) will not materially and adversely affect the interests of the Holders or the modalities of exercise. Any such modification shall take effect by notice to the Holders in accordance with Condition 14.
MODIFICATIONS. The Issuer may modify these Terms and Conditions and/or the Agency Agreement without the consent of the Holders (but in the case of Swedish Dematerialised Securities, with the consent of Euroclear Sweden and in the case of Finnish Dematerialised Securities, with the consent of Euroclear Finland) in any manner which the Issuer may deem necessary or desirable provided that such modification is not materially prejudicial to the interests of the Holders or such modification is of a formal, minor or technical nature or to cure, correct or supplement a manifest or proven error or to cure, correct or supplement any defective provision contained herein and/or therein or to comply with mandatory provisions of the law of the jurisdiction in which the Issuer is incorporated. Notice of any such modification will be given to the Holders in accordance with Condition 10 but failure to give, or non- receipt of, such notice will not affect the validity of any such modification.
MODIFICATIONS. The Supplier shall make no modification to the Product without the Company's prior written acceptance of the new modified products. Modifications do not obligate the Company unless it confirms the modification and officially accepts them by an amendment to the Order.
MODIFICATIONS. The Contract cannot be orally changed, modified, amended or discharged, in whole or in part. Any change, modification, amendment or discharge, to be effective, must be in writing, signed by an omcer or empIoyee of seller duly authorized to sign on behalf of Seller.

MODIFICATIONS. 11.1 The contract shall specify for each product to be delivered the type, make, model, technical specifications, number, price and date of delivery of each product.
11.2 Qualsiasi variazione al contratto relativa ai prodotti (in termini quantitativi o prestazionali), all’imballo, alla spedizione, al luogo o alla data di consegna etc. dovrà essere preventivamente sottoposta alla nostra Società ed autorizzata in forma scritta.
11.3 Qualsiasi variazione o modifica richiesta dal cliente rispetto ai prodotti originariamente previsti nel contratto e ritenuta realizzabile dalla nostra Società, comporterà la revisione dei tempi di consegna.
11.4 Tutti i costi relativi e conseguenti alle modifiche richieste dal cliente, verranno sottoposti ed addebitati esclusivamente a quest’ultimo.
MODIFICATIONS. 6.1. Customer shall comply the following provisions for modifications and/or changes requested during the process with respect to what requested in the Order Confirmation (the “Modifications”):
a) The Customer shall communicate to FOMAS the Modifications in writing by providing all necessary details on the technical/quality standpoint, as well as in terms of timing. Otherwise, FOMAS reserves the right of not to consider the request;
b) the implementation of the Modifications shall be subject, in any case, to FOMAS’ evaluation in terms of tehcnical feasibility;
c) FOMAS shall communicate to the Customer the outcome of the evaluation as per previous letter b), regardless if positive or negative. If positive, FOMAS shall implement the Modifications. In this case, if the Modifications have a significant impact, either upwards or downwards, with respect to the Price, FOMAS or the Customer shall have the right to a proportional price adjustment. If negative, FOMAS shall not implement the Modifications. Then the Customer shall be entitled to decide whether to confirm the Order anyway or to waive it. The latter the case, article 2.5 above shall apply and, if the case, the Customer shall also take care of collecting all the Materials delivered to FOMAS for the Processings, at its own expenses.
MODIFICATIONS. Il presente Contratto e i relativiallegati/addendum, unitamente al Protocollo quale parte integrante, costituisce l’intero accordo tra le 12.1 This Agreement and attachments/additionsthereto, together with the Protocol, as part thereof, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.
