Scope. 1. The Scope of the Contract is the provision of Project grant (hereinafter referred to as the “Grant”) from the EEA Scholarship Programme Slovakia for the implementation of the project of Preparatory visits/meetings entitled “Innovative Policy Making at the Local Level 2” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) in accordance with the Grant Application No. SK06-I-02-003 submitted in the framework of the call EEA/EHP-SK06-I-02 (hereinafter referred to as the „Call“), which creates the Annex 1 to this Contract (hereinafter referred to as the „Grant Application” or “Application“).
2. The Project Promoter is provided the Grant by the Programme Operator. The Project Promoter is obliged to use the grant as set out in the Grant Application and in the Decision on the Grant Application, which are in the Annexes 1 and 2 to this Contract. Possible changes made in the grant awarding process by the Programme Operator and stated in the Decision on the Grant Application (Annex 2 to this Contract) are binding in the implementation and the Project Promoter accepts the Decision on the Grant Application by signing the Contract.
3. The Programme Operator provides the Grant according to the Grant Offer (Annex 3 to this Contract). Project Promoter accepts the Decision on the Grant Offer by signing the Contract.
Scope. Subject to the payment of Support and Maintenance Charges or Subscription Charges by Customer, Nextlane shall provide Authorized Users support service as further described in Support and Maintenance Terms and: (i) identify the causes of Incidents; (ii) provide and implement corrections; (iii) where applicable and if necessary, set up a workaround solution until the Incident is definitively corrected and (iv) make a Release available to the Customer during the Term of the Agreement. The classification of Incidents by severity levels, their handling priority, and the procedures for the provision of Support and Maintenance Services are set out in further details in the Support and Maintenance Terms.
Scope. (a) Customer desires to increase the efficiency of its logistics processes. For this purpose, Service Provider provides Customer with access to Platform. In connection with the usage of Platform by Customer, Service Provider may also render IT services, including consultancy, project management, customizing and support.
(b) This Agreement can be concluded in writing, via e-mail or online via the Registration center of Service Provider. By following the steps in the Registration center, Customer will conclude this Agreement by clicking “Conclude contract”. The online registration must be completed in full and truthfully. Service Provider may request the authorized signatory of Customer to show suitable evidence of authority to represent Customer. Service Provider reserves the right to refuse registration or to revoke or to delete such in case of misuse or if false information is provided.
Scope. 1.1. These General Conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products based on Orders between Hershey, acting as Buyer ("Hershey"), and the supplier ("Seller").
