The furnishings shall be determined by agreement between the College and the Union. In addition, the College shall assume responsibility for the general upkeep of the office space.

00 - Union Rights. 4.01 A Job Xxxxxxx shall be recognized on all jobs and shall not be discriminated against. He shall be one of the last members employed provided he is qualified for the classification of the work being performed. The Employer will notify the Business Manager or Representative prior to the dismissal of the Xxxxxxx, except for reasons of safety. Job Stewards shall be allowed sufficient time to perform their duties provided they have received approval from their immediate supervisor which shall not unreasonably be with-held. All Job Stewards shall be appointed by the Business Manager of the Local Union and the Employer shall be notified in writing.
