3rd Grade. 60% of students in third grade will meet spring benchmark or exceed expected weekly grade level growth as measured from fall to spring. Third grade uses a grade level measure of oral reading fluency. Operational Goal 1: Establish Teacher Recruitment Pipeline Expand teacher pipeline through formalizing relationships with teaching programs by expanding to a minimum of three (3) institutions by 2023.
