Academy Staff. A. Instructional Specialists 1. will be selected from among continuing contract teacher applicants through Governing Board process 2. must participate in and be certified as a trainer through the American Federation of Teachers Educational Research and Dissemination Program or receive training in an area approved by the Governing Board. 3. will participate in in-service meetings provided by the Academy district coordinators throughout the school year. 4. will have ER & D training cost provided 5. will be paid under terms of the Master Agreement, including one hour of preparation time for each three hours of scheduled instruction (all payment is included in the extended responsibility stipend – this is not an additional payment) B. Mentors 1. Will be selected from applicants through Governing Board process who meet one of the following criteria: a. teacher with five years of teaching experience, at least three of which are in ISD#15 and at a minimum is at the BA/15 lane. b. Teacher advances to or is placed in Teacher 3 in Student Performance Improvement Program. 2. Assigned by district coordinator to a mentee or mentorship group as outlined in section III. A.1.d.1-3 above 3. Must participate in 30-hour mentor training program 4. Is expected to – a. facilitate and participate in a minimum of one observation per trimester (two or more recommended) with the mentee (up to 10 hours of substitute payment budgeted each year) b. set up and carry out pre- and post-observation conferences with mentee c. coach mentee through the “Teacher Performance Review” process c. hold and keep a record of regularly scheduled meetings with mentee each year e. participate in six hours of mentor/mentee meetings during the school year and communicate with the mentee the consequences of failure to participate (see section III, A, 1, d) d. complete required reports during the year, including a plan for each trimester prior to the trimester beginning

Academy Staff. The following Academy staff is on duty for each event: ● One or more Special Events Coordinators, Guest Services, Security Guards, Night Custodial Manager, Biologist(s) as necessary, and Engineer. (Numbers vary depending on the size of the event.) ● The Special Events Coordinator is your main contact and the acting representative of the Academy during the event. ● The Academy staff is not available to lift, carry, or move anything that is not Academy property. ● Public safety is of utmost importance. ● Caterers and vendors must load in directly to the area of the venue of the event. Items may NOT be staged along the way. ● All equipment and paraphernalia must be kept out of the public’s way. ● These items must be set up as they come onto the floor. They may not be left stacked, collapsed or leaned against walls. ● An abundance of lined trash cans at convenient and visible locations must be provided.

  • Contractor Staff All employees of the Contractor, or of its subcontractors, who perform Project Based IT Consulting Services under the resulting Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All persons, corporations, or other legal entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States. The following requirements shall apply in addition to the requirements of Appendix B, section 42, Employees, Subcontractors and Agents, unless otherwise agreed to by the Authorized User:

  • ARTISTES AND SPORTSPERSONS 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7 and 14, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsperson, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State. 2. Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsperson in his capacity as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsperson himself but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7 and 14, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsperson are exercised.

  • Contractor’s Staff 1. The Contractor shall maintain adequate staff to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. 2. This staff shall be available to the State for training and meetings which the State may find necessary from time to time.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • B5 Contractor’s Staff The Authority may, by written notice to the Contractor, refuse to admit onto, or withdraw permission to remain on, the Authority’s Premises:

An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution, visits that other State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other State on any remuneration for such teaching or research. 2. This Article shall not apply to income from research if such research is undertaken primarily for the private benefit of a specific person or persons.
