Academy Staff Clause Samples

The 'Academy Staff' clause defines the individuals who are considered employees or representatives of the academy for the purposes of the agreement. It typically specifies which roles, such as teachers, administrators, or support personnel, fall under this definition and may outline their responsibilities or the scope of their authority. This clause ensures clarity regarding who is covered by the agreement, helping to avoid disputes about obligations, rights, or liabilities related to staff members.
