RESPONSIBILITY STIPEND. The District shall pay each individual filling a position listed below for the year a stipend in the amount of $900. This stipend is in recognition of responsibilities related to increased state and federal requirements. This stipend amount is for full time positions with the understanding that the amount is to be pro-rated for part-time positions based upon the person’s FTE status. The stipend shall be paid in 11 equal paychecks. The positions eligible for this stipend are: Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist, School Psychologist, Audiologist, Speech Language Pathologist, and Teacher of Visually Impaired.

RESPONSIBILITY STIPEND. Cabinet members will be issued a Supplemental Contract for 48 hours which will be compensated at their per diem rate of pay (1/254th). The days will be distributed in 12 monthly installments.
RESPONSIBILITY STIPEND. In recognition of the extra responsibilities required of each administrator throughout the school year, the Board of Education and AOA agree that the following responsibility stipends will be paid: Administrator 2012-13 Assistant Principals Principals $2,568 Director of Community Education High School Athletic Director $3,218 Director of Special Education $4,453 It is further understood that these positions will no longer receive a cell phone stipend or mileage stipend effective with the 2004-05 school year. For Administrators whose responsibilities involve meetings outside of the county, upon presentation of vouchers, mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS rate. It is the responsibility of each Administrator to maintain personal expense ledgers for IRS proof that expenditures exceed allowances. The district will pay for the replacement of the administrator’s cell phone if it becomes outdated or is no longer functioning under normal use. The phone will be replaced no more than once every two years. The cost of the phone must be pre-approved by the Deputy Superintendent.

The positions eligible for this stipend are: Early Childhood Teachers; Kindergarten Transition Teachers; Mid-Level, Life Skills, High School Behavior Class and Learning Center Teachers; Integrated Classroom Teachers, and Special Education Specialists like Physical Therapist, School Psychologist, Audiologist, etc. Early Childhood Teachers, Kindergarten Transition Teachers, Mid-Level, Life Skills, High School Behavior Class and Learning Center Teachers, and Integrated Classroom Teachers may elect to use four (4) release days in lieu of the responsibility stipend. The employee requesting the release days in lieu of the stipend must inform the District by October 5. These release days may not be used on non-student days. Those teachers electing the stipend shall be paid in 11 equal paychecks.

  • Maintenance Responsibilities 42. Agency shall, at its own expense, maintain operate, and provide power as needed upon Project completion at a minimum level that is consistent with normal depreciation and/or service demand and throughout the useful life of the Project. The useful life of the Project is defined in the Special Provisions. State may conduct periodic inspections during the life of the Project to verify that the Project is properly maintained and continues to serve the purpose for which federal funds were provided. Maintenance and power responsibilities shall survive any termination of the Project Agreement. In the event the Project will include or affect a state highway, this provision does not address maintenance of that state highway.
