Training Cost a. When clock hour training is provided during district assigned time or when the district requests that the employee attend the training the district will provide for all costs including training time, registration, travel and substitute costs, if applicable.

Training Cost. MICROFIELD will bear all costs and expenses it incurs for conducting training at the 3M Austin Center facility. 3M shall reimburse MICROFIELD for all reasonable costs of training above those that MICROFIELD would have incurred at the 3M Austin Center, whether sales or technical, when classes are held at a designated location other than 3M Austin Center. 3M must pre-approve in writing any such training costs for which MICROFIELD intends to seek reimbursement under this Section X.

Training Cost. Computation of Training Cost will be as per the prevailing rates under the Common Norms for the respective Job Role and according to the Course Duration prescribed in the QP-NOS by the respective Sector Skill Council. Tranche 1 - 30% of Training Fees on Batch Approval by First Party Batch Approval on receipt of detailed (as per mandated format) list of selected candidates from Second Party. Mandatory compliance by Second Party - Batch commencement by Second Party within 7 days of above approval in the case of Local Training Partners/ Training Centres. Outstation batches to commence within maximum 30 days of approval by First Party, to allow for travel time. Tranche 2 - 50% of Training Fees on completion of Assessment & Certification, i.e., successful certification of trainees. Drop-outs, if any, will be adjusted against payment due. Tranche 3 - 20% of Training Fees on completion of mandated outcome-based Placement of trainees. Drop-outs, if any, will be adjusted against payment due. Residential Cost (boarding & lodging) – Boarding and lodging cost will be admissible for residential trainings as per targets allocated to the Second party by the First party. Pay out for boarding and lodging will be calculated according to the number of training days inclusive of holidays. Residential trainings shall be conducted for 8 hours per day. The prescribed rate as per category of city/town of residential training centre shall be as per the Common Norms. Tranche 1 - 30% of residential cost on Batch Approval by First Party. Tranche 2 - 70% of residential on completion of Course, i.e., on completion of Assessment & Certification of the trainees. Drop-outs, if any, will be adjusted against payment due. Post Placement Support cost – Post placement support is applicable as per Common Norms. The amount, will be directly transferred to the trainee’s bank account after due verification of placement on proper documentary evidence provided by the Second Party. Post placement support will be payable as Rs.1500/- per month. Male candidates - for period of 1 month (if, placement within domicile district) or 2 months (Placement outside domicile district). Female candidates - for period 2 months (placement within domicile district) or 3 months (Placement outside domicile district).
Training Cost. The Agency will support approved training courses that would be beneficial, such as but not limited to Continuing Education Program, as determined by the Agency. However, the amount it will pay for each approved training course will be limited by such factors as the measure of the program benefit and the availability of training funds.
