5. All votes are conducted by roll call;
6. Minutes of the meeting are taken and promptly recorded, and such records are open to public inspection;

To the extent possible, full and timely notice is given to the public setting forth the time of the meeting, the fact that members of the Board or Commission may participate by telephone or other electronic means of communication, and the right of the public to monitor and participate in the meeting through internet, email, telephone, or other means; and
8. The following additional rules shall apply to quasi-judicial hearings held by remote meeting by the Board or Commission:

Presentment and collection of Qualifying Items included in Mobile Deposits will be by any means and through any clearing agents we deem appropriate, and you consent to any clearing house rules. Funds Availability. Funds from Qualifying Items included in Mobile Deposits will be available to you, after their acceptance for deposit under this Agreement, according to our policies as reflected our then current funds availability disclosure. Even after funds are available to you and have been withdrawn, you will still be responsible for returned items or any other problems with the Mobile Deposit. Items transmitted using the Service are not subject to the funds availability requirements of Federal Reserve Board Regulation CC.
