Access to Bulletin Boards. Authorized representatives of Union shall be allowed to post Union notices on bulletin boards maintained on County premises.
Access to Bulletin Boards. 3.3.2.1 Business Agents and/or Union Stewards shall have access to bulletin boards set aside for the Union in District buildings for the purpose of providing and posting relevant information to bargaining unit personnel, including the department seniority list(s).
Access to Bulletin Boards. The College agrees to provide the Union with existing bulletin board space in those campus areas where notices to Faculty are normally posted by the College. Notices or documents to be posted by the Union must be related to official Union business and initiated by an officer in the Union.

(a) Posting of information by ECCE shall be on designated employee bulletin boards only.
(b) Items posted by ECCE shall contain the name and logo of ECCE.
(c) A copy of posted information shall be filed with the Human Resources Office by ECCE.

All material posted shall not be obscene and shall not constitute harassment, discrimination or retaliation based on a legally protected status. The Association may use bulletin boards designated by the district in consultation with the appropriate department and/or division chairs, in all division offices, the administration building, the printing center, LTC faculty lounge, and the offices at the Marina Education Center and Seaside Public Safety Training Center. Requests for bulletin boards in other places are to be made to the Vice President for Administrative Services for administrative consideration.
