ACCESS TO EMAIL - LEAVE OF ABSENCE. During the recent negotiations meetings the parties agreed to investigate access to the email system for those employees who are on approved leave of absence. This email access is for the purposes of notification of job postings and internal memos while Radiation Therapists are away from work. The Employer agrees to complete this investigation and implementation no later than December 15, 2011 and to implement this agreement within a reasonable period of time.
