Common use of Accrual Clause in Contracts

Accrual. 36 Employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of .0461 hours for each 37 straight time hour worked. Sick leave may be accrued on an unlimited basis.

Accrual. 36 Employees Sick leave shall accrue sick leave at the rate of .0461 four and six tenths (4.6) hours for each 37 straight completed eighty (80) hour pay period.
