Bonus Leave. Employees who use forty (40) hours or less of sick leave during the year (based on their employment anniversary date), excluding up to three (3) consecutive days of sick leave used as bereavement leave, and excluding sellback of sick leave, shall be granted 24 hours of bonus leave. Bonus leave will be forfeited if it is not used in the year it is accrued.
Bonus Leave. Each full time or part time Employee is entitled to one day off every six months if no personal leave has been taken during that period. In order to apply for bonus leave the Employee is required to complete a Company leave form. This must be taken on a date agreed to by the Company within one calendar month of the entitlement falling due unless exceptional circumstances exist. This leave does not accumulate.
Bonus Leave. Employees shall not be compensated for more than two (2) days in any contract year for illnesses which do not require a doctor's certificate . Employees who have accrued thirty ( 30) days sick leave prior to a contract year and do not use more than one day sick leave or are not absent without pay during the ensuing contract year shall be granted two (2) days leave with pay to be taken during the first one hundred eighty (1 8 0) days of the succeeding contract year . Employees who have accrued sixty ( 6 0) days sick leave prior to a contract year and do not use more than one (1) day sick leave or are not absent without pay during the ensuing contract year shall be granted three
Bonus Leave. Unit employees shall be entitled to bonus leave accrual based upon the number of sick leave hours used per fiscal year in accordance with the following formula:
Bonus Leave. (1) All regular full-time nonadministrative/nonexempt employees will receive one day of bonus leave for each consecutive three-month period during which the eligible employee is not absent due to illness, disability, whether paid or unpaid, and unpaid leave of absence. The eligible employee will then receive one-third day for each month thereafter within which the same conditions are met. An eligible employee shall not earn bonus days while being paid under workers' compensation. Earned bonus leave must be used during the fiscal year following the fiscal year for which it was earned or it shall lapse.
(2) Use of sick leave for any purpose, unless otherwise exempted, shall require an eligible employee to complete a new three-month period of employment without the type absence specified in subsection (1) above, in order to receive further bonus leave.
(3) Utilization of sick leave for bereavement of a death as defined by the provision on sick leave or for dependent leave for up to five (5) days per year shall not be counted against the time accumulation as defined in this rule.
(4) An eligible employee may use bonus leave only when authorized in advance by the Administrative Authority or such authority's designee on the basis of proper application in writing.
(5) Bonus leave shall not be used during an eligible employee's probationary period.
Bonus Leave. Any employee who retires from State service under the provisions of RSA 100-A or who is laid off from State service and who has unused bonus leave to his/her credit shall be paid for such unused bonus leave at the time of separation.
Bonus Leave. Any bonus time on the books shall remain to the employees’ credit not to exceed 64 hours. An employee may use accrued bonus time in accordance with Article 10.3.
Bonus Leave. If an employee uses no more than forty (40) hours of Sick Leave in one anniversary year, he/she will receive twenty-four (24) hours of Bonus Leave. Bonus Leave is computed based on the employee's anniversary date of hire each year.
a) Bonus Leave must be used within one (1) year following the date credited.
b) An employee is not eligible for Bonus Leave during any year in which Leave Without Pay is taken.

Executive will not be eligible to receive or participate in any Annual Incentive Program Bonus, Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Bonus or other bonuses or executive compensation plans for 2000 if and as may be awarded to other employees from time to time by the Board of Directions of the Company, in its absolute and sole discretion. The Parties, however, agree that Executive shall remain entitled to receive and shall not forfeit any vested Annual Incentive Program Bonus, Long-Term Incentive Plan Bonus or other executive compensation plan pay earned or accrued by him for 1999. In addition, Executive agrees that he will not be eligible for any paid or unpaid vacation, sick leave or personal days for 2000.

Employees who have accrued thirty (30) days sick leave prior to a contract year and do not usemore than one day sick leave or are not absent without pay during the ensuing contract year shall be granted two (2) days leave with pay to be taken during the first one hundred eighty (180) days of the succeeding contract year. Employees who have accrued sixty (60) days sick leave prior to a contract year and do not usemore than one (1) day sick leave or are not absent without pay during the ensuing contract yearshall be granted three (3) days leave with pay to be taken during the first one hundred eighty (180) days of the succeeding contract year. Employees who have accrued ninety (90) days sick leave prior to a contract year and do not use more than one day sick leave or are not absent without pay during the ensuing contract year shall be granted five (5) days leave with pay to be taken during the first one hundred eighty (180) days of the succeeding contract year. Bonus days can be taken a day at a time subject to security management's ability to do the scheduling. Employees who have accrued sick leave atthe time of retirement or death shall be granted five (5) days compensation for every twelve (12) days of accrued sick leave up to a maximum of ninety (90) days. Sick days taken under FMLA shall be considered for purposes of determining the employees' eligibility for the above bonus.
