INCLEMENT WEATHER PAY. 18.01 An employee, who reports for work at the beginning of a shift and is unable to commence work due to inclement weather, will receive two (2) hours' pay at the applicable rate. To qualify, the employee must remain on the job site for two (2) hours, unless excused by an authorized representative of the Employer. 18.02 An employee who reports for and commences work, but is unable to continue work due to inclement weather, shall receive two (2) hours' pay at the applicable rate or pay for the actual time worked for that shift, whichever is greater. 18.03 An employee who qualifies for inclement weather pay shall also receive travel or board allowance, if applicable.

To qualify, the employee must remain at a protected place designated by the Employer for two (2) hours unless excused by an authorized representative of his Employer. 19.2 An employee who reports for and commences work, but is unable to continue work due to inclement weather, shall receive four (4) hours' pay at the applicable rate or pay for the actual time worked for that shift, whichever is the greater. 19.3 An employee in receipt of inclement weather pay shall also receive travel or board allowance if applicable.
INCLEMENT WEATHER PAY. 19.1 When an employee engaged in work on power systems construction, site preparation and earth dams, reports at the beginning of a shift, but is unable to commence work because weather conditions are unsuitable, he shall receive three (3) hours' pay at the base hourly rate(s), or at the shift rate if on shift, or at the premium rate if on overtime, plus travel or room and board allowance where applicable, if the employee remains for three (3) hours at his place of work.

INCLEMENT WEATHER PAY. A. If it is raining when full-time employees (except those on task basis) arrive at check-in location and are unable to perform their duties due to the inclement weather, they are to remain in the check-in location for a maximum of two (2) hours. Then, if the Department Director feels that the rain is likely to continue for a longer period of time, the employees will be excused for the remainder of the day. They will receive pay for three (3) hours that day with the additional hour being considered a bonus, which is not counted toward the computation of overtime. B. Should the rain begin after the employees have started to work and the Department Director feels work must be stopped pending cessation of rain, then employees may be kept up to two (2) hours waiting time at the Department Director’s discretion and then, if the Department Director feels it will not stop, employees will be excused for the remainder of the day and be paid for time worked, any waiting time, plus a one (1)-hour bonus, which is not counted toward the computation of overtime. C. Any bonus time authorized by the Department Director shall be paid at the employee's base straight time hourly rate. D. Total time paid will be a minimum guarantee of three (3) hours with a maximum not to exceed the normal hours scheduled for that day.

INCLEMENT WEATHER PAY. When the Employer closes offices on a business day due to inclement weather or other similar national disasters, an Employee who is required to work on said day(s) shall be paid at his/her overtime rate for all hours worked in accordance with the overtime provisions as defined in this Agreement.
INCLEMENT WEATHER PAY. 16.1 When an employee reports for work at the beginning of a shift and inclement weather is declared, an employee shall be entitled to the following payment unless notified not to report by his Employer: (a) If not put to work, a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at the appropriate rate, providing he remains at his place of work for two (2) hours unless given his Employer's permission to leave; (b) If put to work, a minimum of four (4) hours' pay at the appropriate rate. 16.2 If inclement weather is declared during the shift, an employee shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at the appropriate rate, pay for the actual time worked for that shift, whichever is the greater.
INCLEMENT WEATHER PAY. In the event the Employer, in its sole discretion, closes a Clinic due to inclement weather, employees shall be paid their regular hourly wage for the balance of scheduled hours, subject to a maximum of twelve (12) hours per calendar year.
