Upon appropriate written authorization from the bargaining unit members, the Employer shall, to the extent permitted by law, deduct from the salary of any such bargaining unit member and make appropriate remittance for annuities, credit union, savings bonds, charitable donations, MEA-PAC/NEA-PAC contributions or any other plans or programs jointly approved by the Association and the Employer provided that there are at least ten (10) employees authorizing such deductions to the particular organization involved.
