Administration Staff. 14.1.1 Officers based in Canada shall be provided with access to administration support in Canada, Hong Kong and or online.
Administration Staff. Plant Administrators shall work a modified work schedule, mutually agreeable between the Plant Manager and Employee of either a four (4) and/or five (5) day, Monday to Friday, forty (40) hour work week. The schedule shall be based on forty (40) hours per week, balanced over a two (2) week rotation. Hours per day can either be eight (8), nine (9) or ten (10), including a half (½) hour paid lunch break.
Administration Staff. All work that is performed outside the ordinary hours of work shall be paid for at the rate of time and a half.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. (b) An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. (c) It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. It is also agreed that the topic of the utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request. (d) It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour-Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned. (e) Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Plan Administration AvMed may from time to time adopt reasonable policies, procedures, rules and interpretations to promote the orderly and efficient administration of this Contract.

  • Administration of Discipline At the time formal discipline is imposed or at any stage of the grievance procedure, an employee shall have the right to the presence of her committee member. In the case of suspension or discharge, the committee member will be present unless the employee waives this right in the presence of the committee member. Wherever the Hospital deems it necessary to suspend or discharge an employee, the Hospital shall forward to the Union notice of such suspension or discharge in writing, at the same time it is given to the employee.
