Administrative Salary Schedule. The Administrative Salary Schedule for the 2021-2023 contract-years are set forth in Appendix A. The 2021-2022 salary schedule represents a 2.5% cost of living increase over the 2020-2021 Administrative Salary Schedule. The 2022-23 Administrative Salary Schedule represents a 2.5% cost of living increase over the 2021-2022 Administrative Salary Schedule. Placement on the salary schedule will be by scope of responsibilities and requirements as determined by the Superintendent, not by job title.

Administrative Salary Schedule. A. Salary Schedule B. Recognition of Education 1. An Administrator with a MA + 15 will receive an additional One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars added to his/her base salary. 2. An Administrator with a Specialist will receive an additional One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars added to his/her base salary. 3. An Administrator with a PhD or EdD will receive an additional Two Thousand ($2,000.00 Dollars added to his/her base salary.
Administrative Salary Schedule. 2.1 Prior to the application of the first across-the-board salary increase, all steps on the Administrative Salary Schedule (Appendix A-1) shall be increased by two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). 2.2 Effective as of July 1, 2015, all salaries on the Administrative Salary Schedule (Appendix A-1) shall be increased by one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). 2.3 Effective as of July 1, 2016, all salaries on the Administrative Salary Schedule (Appendix A-1) shall be increased by one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). 2.4 Effective as of July 1, 2017, all salaries on the Administrative Salary Schedule (Appendix A-1) shall be increased by one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). 2.5 The CAGS and DOCTORATE Increments on the Administrative Salary Schedule (Appendix A-1) shall be increased as of the following dates in the following amounts: A CAGS Degree shall be defined as thirty (30) credits beyond a Master’s Degree. Notwithstanding this provision, any current member of the DAA’s Bargaining Unit who either has a CAGS Degree or is enrolled in a CAGS Degree program with less than thirty (30) credits beyond a Master’s Degree shall remain eligible to receive the CAGS Increment on the Administrative Salary Schedule.
Administrative Salary Schedule. The 2016-2018 salary of administrators covered by this Agreement is set forth in Schedule A, which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. The new schedule is equated and eliminated the previous step one while adding two steps for an eight step scale. a) For 2016-2017 administrators will move one step and be paid at that step on the 2016/18 salary schedule. Administration on the top step will have that step increase by 1% and paid at that step on the 2016/18 salary schedule. b) For 2017-2018 administrators will move one step and be paid at that step on the 2016/18 salary schedule. Administrators on the top step will receive 1% of that step on an off schedule lump sum.

  • Salary Benefits and Bonus Compensation 3.1 BASE SALARY. Effective July 1, 2000, as payment for the services to be rendered by the Employee as provided in Section 1 and subject to the terms and conditions of Section 2, the Employer agrees to pay to the Employee a "Base Salary" at the rate of $180,000 per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly installments. The Base Salary for each calendar year (or proration thereof) beginning January 1, 2001 shall be determined by the Board of Directors of Avocent Corporation upon a recommendation of the Compensation Committee of Avocent Corporation (the "Compensation Committee"), which shall authorize an increase in the Employee's Base Salary in an amount which, at a minimum, shall be equal to the cumulative cost-of-living increment on the Base Salary as reported in the "Consumer Price Index, Huntsville, Alabama, All Items," published by the U.S. Department of Labor (using July 1, 2000, as the base date for computation prorated for any partial year). The Employee's Base Salary shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee of Avocent Corporation.

  • Salary Scales ‌ 2.5.1 Effective from 1 January 2024, and subject to the Remuneration provisions in the Terms of Settlement, a 4% increase will apply to all paid and printed rates.   • Salary Steps 1. Employees hired into trainee-level positions (Targeted Local Hire) shall be hired at Step 1 and shall remain on Step 1 for the duration of a twelve (12) month probationary period. 2. Employees hired into non-trainee positions shall be hired at Step 2 (or appropriate higher step in accordance with applicable MOU provisions or LAAC Section 4.90). 3. Employees shall remain on Steps 2 and 3 for nine (9) months each. 4. Steps 4 through 8 are separated by two (2) premium levels (Step 4 is one [1] premium level above Step 3). Employees shall advance to each subsequent step after twelve (12) months. 5. Steps 9 through 12 are separated by one (1) premium level (Step 9 is one [1] premium level above Step 8). Employees shall advance to each subsequent step after twelve (12) months.

  • Payroll Deduction Schedule The Board will deduct the representation fee in equal installments, as nearly as possible, from the paychecks paid to each employee on the aforesaid list during the remainder of the membership year in question. The deductions will begin with the first paycheck paid:
