After Hours/Holiday/Weekend Support. If the request for a support call is made outside the aforementioned normal business hours, and the County has a Priority 2 or 3 issue, a callback will be made no later than the next business day. If the County has a Priority 1 issue, County will state the issue and severity thereof in its e-mail or voicemail. County’s issue will be escalated to the on-call Technical Support Engineer who will respond to the issue within four (4) hours, at which time a status update in the form of a telephone call or e-mail will be made to the reporting party. Status updates will be made every four (4) hours until the issue is resolved to the County’s satisfaction. ⮚ Priority 3 – Product feature and/or administration questions (low severity). ⮚ Priority 2 - Minor feature/product failure, convenient workaround exists. This may require servicing or repair of one or more components. If service or repair is required, Contractor will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instruct County representative to return the defective components to Contractor or a designated service center or third party provider. Advance replacement of components will be at the discretion of Contractor. ⮚ Priority 1- Product or major feature failure or data corruption. The system is not operational or useable by County. Resolution times may vary depending on the nature of the problem and County representative’s availability. Upon notification, Contractor will continue to provide technical support and corrective actions to resolve the issue.   • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday. (b) When the employee is scheduled off on a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to schedule the employee off the paid holiday. (c) In the event of a scheduling conflict, 12.07 (a) will be the deciding provision.

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Saturday Work A day worker required to work overtime on a Saturday shall be afforded at least four hours work or paid for four hours at the rate of time and one half for the first three hours and double time thereafter, except where the overtime is continuous with overtime commenced on the previous day.

  • Overtime Holidays Double time the regular rate for work on the following holiday(s). New Year's Day

  • Public Holiday Work (a) For Employees other than Shiftworkers, double time and a half must be paid for any Public Holiday Work with a minimum payment of four hours.   • Worked Holidays Employees who are required to work on the above-named holidays shall receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus double their base rate for all hours worked on such holiday, plus shift differential and Cost of Living Adjustment, if applicable, unless the employee starts to work at 10:00 P.M., or thereafter on that day.

  • Sunday Work Employees required to work overtime on Sundays shall be paid for a minimum of three hours work at double time. The double time is to be paid until the employee is relieved from duty.

  • Holiday Work Employees who work on a holiday shall receive one and one-half (1-1/2) times their straight time regular rate of pay for all hours actually worked on the holiday, plus holiday pay.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall be a Saturday or a Sunday or shall be a legal holiday in the State of New York, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding day not a legal holiday.
