Agency Career Development Consultation Committee Sample Clauses

Agency Career Development Consultation Committee. (a) The parties to this Agreement acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from consultation on career development. To this effect the parties agree that such consultation will be held through the existing Joint Consultation Committee or through the creation of an Agency Career Development Consultation Committee. A consultation committee as determined by the parties, may be established at the local, regional or national level.

  • Joint Consultation Committee 8.01 On the request of either party, the parties must meet at least once every four (4) months, for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by the Agreement.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of three (3) members of the Association one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate and three (3) representatives of the Hospital one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and one human resources representative.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.
