– Agency Meetings. This task includes meetings by the design team, MnDOT Office of Aeronautics, FAA ADO, GPZ staff, and other individuals and agencies as needed, to discuss the project design development, schedule, and any other related items. It is anticipated to have 2 meetings for three hours each. Task 7.3 – Public Involvement Meetings and Notifications – This task includes specific meetings with airfield businesses, airfield tenants, terminal tenants, City meetings, and other critical stakeholders to provide updates on the status of the project and address any issues or concerns. This task also includes coordination with MnDOT regarding the project schedule, any impacts to MnDOT owned equipment, and other coordination items. Project mailing and notifications will be sent out to the stakeholders.
– Agency Meetings. There will be one annual general meetings per annum at Mumbai. The licensee should attend these meetings called on by the licensor and such attendance is mandatory.

– Agency Meetings. MPWMD shall meet with such agencies or persons as shall be necessary or desirable in order to ensure that the purposes of this Agreement are fulfilled. MPWMD and Cal-Am shall each use their best efforts to provide reasonable advance notice of all planned meetings (including impromptu meetings if practicable) with public agency staff relating to the processing of permits or approvals. This provision, however, is to promote communication between the parties, and shall not cause any meeting to be delayed or canceled. MPWMD shall coordinate and arrange for all meetings required to be held with other agencies or persons hereunder, unless otherwise specified in Exhibit A.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting.   • Mandatory Meetings All residential students are required to attend the following building meetings. Time & locations will be communicated by the RAs through individual contact, emails and/or signs in the buildings. A $25 fee will be charged to any students who do not attend without an approved absence.   • Public Meetings The Governing Board is subject to and shall comply with the Open and Public Meetings Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 et seq., and any subsequent amendment thereof. The Governing Board shall conduct regular meetings consistent with principles of transparency and avoidance of actual or apparent conflicts of interest in the governance of the Charter School.

  • Staff Meetings Staff meetings, whether in the store or off the premises, shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly, except meal meetings at which the attendance is voluntary.   • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis.   • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties.
