Association Officials a. Association officials not employed by the District shall be allowed to visit work sites and visit with employees provided that visitations do not interfere with employees' duties and Association officials have notified the site principal or supervisor at least one (1) work day in advance of the visit.
b. Association officials shall report to the site principal's or supervisor's office and identify themselves upon arrival at the work site.
Association Officials. A. Association officials will continue to perform their regularly assigned work duties as required, except to the extent those duties are reduced under this Article, and their responsibilities as Association officials will not be permitted to interfere with the business of the College.
Association Officials. The Association agrees to provide written notification to the County within seven (7) days following election or selection of Association representatives, stewards or other Association officials to enforce the Agreement.
Association Officials. The Association shall inform the Superintendent of any appointed or elected officials responsible for processing or investigating grievances, conducting negotiations or other Board/Association relationships.
Association Officials. The Association shall submit to the Superintendent a complete listing of Association officials within two (2) weeks of their election or appointment.

The District shall not be obligated to acknowledge, accept, comply with or take any other action based on any request or action made by any person purporting to act as an Association official, unless such person's name appears on the list(s) provided by the Association pursuant to this paragraph. Should any request or action be made by a person purporting to act as an Association official but whose name does not appear on the Association list(s), the District shall inform the Association President or designee of that occurrence; such notification shall occur within seven (7) working days, by email. For the purpose of grievance processing, the period beginning when the District knows of any such occurrence and ending when the Association receives notice of that occurrence shall not be considered as part of filing and processing time lines.
Association Officials. (a) Any member of the Association appointed to attend any convention on behalf of the Association may be granted leave of absence without pay, at the discretion of the Chief Constable. An executive officer of the Association shall be granted time off to attend meetings of the organization, at the discretion of the Chief Constable.
(b) In the case of absence from duty of Association officials, the following members may obtain permission from the Chief Constable and on obtaining such permission, shall suffer no loss of pay by absenting themselves from duty in the following instances: - members of the Executive and any member of a committee (provided the total number excused does not exceed five (5)) when it is necessary to confer with the Board regarding matters arising from this Agreement, provided however, that two (2) designated officers of the negotiating committee shall not suffer loss in regular salary when conducting negotiations to renew this Agreement with the bargaining agent for the Board.
Association Officials. 25 The Association agrees to provide a current list of Association officers and Trustees to the 26 Human Resource Executive Director and the Executive Director of Support Services.

The Association will advise the NFTA, in writing to the Director of Human Resources, the names and titles of each of its officers and will promptly give the NFTA written notification of any changes during the terms of this Agreement within two (2) calendar weeks of any such change.

(i) Subject to operational needs, official representatives of the Association may be granted leaves of absences without salary or benefits, for the purpose of attending meetings, or transacting other business, in connection with matters affecting members of the bargaining unit. Officials requesting leave under this Article shall make their requests known in writing to the Chief Constable at least one (1) week in advance of such leave. The Chief Constable reserves the right to approve all applications for leave under this Article.
(ii) When leave is granted under Subsection 14(c)(i) above, the Board shall not make a deduction from the regular salary or benefits of the member(s) concerned, provided the Association reimburses the Board the amount of the salary and benefit costs within thirty (30) days from the date of such leave.
