Agreement Goals. A. For purposes of this Agreement the Fund hereby establishes goals of % for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) participation and % for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”).

The goals of this Agreement are to: • Advance the development of Recipient’s on-site manufacturing technology and 3DCP tall (> 120m height) tower that lowers wind energy costs, reduces environmental lifecycle impacts, and improves the competitiveness and economic benefits of wind energy in California. • Assess and reduce the environmental lifecycle impacts of 3DCP manufacturing • Evaluate and expand California’s R&D and commercial 3DCP capabilities and workforce potential needed to manufacture 3DCP wind energy components in California Ratepayer Benefits:2 This Agreement will result in the ratepayer benefits of greater electricity reliability, lower costs, and increased safety by manufacturing and conducting a pilot demonstration of low-cost RCAM tall (>120m in height) towers and offshore wind products on-site in California. The project will help provide important environmental and economic benefits for California electric ratepayers including (1) clean energy from land-based and offshore wind deployments, (2) wind energy manufacturing and operations jobs, (3) enhanced 3DCP educational and R&D capabilities, and (4) advancing a low-cost offshore wind components. Technological Advancement and Breakthroughs:3 This Agreement will lead to technological advancement and breakthroughs to overcome barriers to the achievement of the State of California’s statutory energy goals by advancing the technology readiness of Recipient’s 3DCP tower technology. The agreement also assesses the feasibility and viability of using 3DCP to manufacture two components for offshore floating wind turbines: a 3DCP suction anchor (3DSA) and a 3DCP hybrid anchor / energy storage system (three-dimensional (3D) StEnSea).
Agreement Goals. The overarching goal of the Plan, as outlined in the Agreement, is to reform WV’s children’s mental health services and system to help ensure children can receive mental health services in their homes and communities. Each year, the Plan helps lead WV to successful reform in a timely manner to reduce the number of children unnecessarily placed in RMHTFs, and to reduce the length of stay for children at these facilities, when appropriate. Specifically, the goal is threefold:

Agreement Goals. 37 The goals of this Agreement are to: 38 ● Reduce the electricity used by dairy manufacturers per unit of industrial output by 20% or 39 more upon full implementation of Task 4 compared to the baseline gather in Task 2. 40 (Previous CEC EPIC project, “Project Engage” outcome was 17% reduction of energy 41 consumption on average). 42 ● Leverage energy consumption data to identify problems in milk processing therefore 43 lowering operating costs for dairy manufacturers and reducing waste yield (milk loss in the 44 process or idle operations), ultimately improving competitiveness of California dairy 45 businesses.
Agreement Goals. The goal of this agreement is to develop and demonstrate a non-invasive BPD for the detection of underground pipes, and the determination of their location and material type. The detector will operate in near real-time to determine the location, dimensions, material type, and depth of underground pipes, regardless of the geological surroundings. Ratepayer Benefits: This Agreement will result in ratepayer benefits by reducing/eliminating potential excavation-caused damage to pipelines and enhancing operational safety in pipeline fields. This promotes reliable and safe operations for delivering natural gas to ratepayers via buried pipelines. Furthermore, it will benefit California natural gas ratepayers through research and development activities to create new science and technology, in an area not adequately addressed by competitive or regulated entities, thus benefiting California citizens. Technological Advancement and Breakthroughs: This agreement will lead to technological advancements and breakthroughs that overcome barriers to the achievement of the State of California’s statutory energy goals by providing an advanced technological tool capable of more accurately detecting and locating buried pipes, as well as distinguishing between metallic and non-metallic pipes. These technological advancements and breakthroughs are important for safe and reliable delivery and operation of underground pipelines, especially considering the increased use of such pipelines due to population growth.
Agreement Goals. The goal of this Agreement is to reduce the GHG emissions at two of the Recipient’s facilities by reducing the amount of natural gas that must be burned to support facility operations.
Agreement Goals. The goals of this Agreement include the following: • Establish the technical merits and commercial potential of promising early-stage energy technology concepts that can decarbonize the natural gas sector. • Attract private sector interest and capital to clean energy innovations supported through the California Sustainable Energy Entrepreneur Development (CalSEED) - LCG Initiative. • Encourage broad and diverse participation in the CalSEED-LCG Initiative from entrepreneurs and researchers throughout California with targeted outreach to underrepresented groups. • Ensure a fair, simplified, streamlined, and transparent process for identifying entrepreneurs and researchers to receive support from the CalSEED-LCG Initiative.
