Agreement of Terms and Conditions. Exhibitor shall observe and abide by the foregoing terms and conditions and by such additional terms, conditions and rules made by Show Management, including those set forth in the Exhibitor Services Manual. In the event of a conflict between the Exhibitor Services Manual and this contract, the Exhibitor Services Xxxxxx shall govern and control. This con- tract represents the entire agreement between Exhibitor and Show Management concerning the subject matter hereof. Any amend- ment to this contract must be in writing signed by the party against whom such amendment is sought to be enforced. The rights of Show Management under this contract shall not be deemed waived except as specifically stated in writing and signed by an officer of Show Management. If any terms of this contract are declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract shall con- tinue in full force and effect. This contract shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and permitted assigns of Exhibitor. What are Exhibitor Educational Sessions? Deliver your message, information or demonstrate your products or services to an attentive audience through an Exhibitor Educational Session. Each session is 45 minutes and will be scheduled in a private meeting room in the convention center. All meeting rooms will be set up with one head presenter table and successive rows of seating. eTech Ohio will provide the following equipment/services for each session: l Internet connection for one device l Projection screen l Wired lavaliere microphone l LCD projector l Sound system with audio mixer l Silver, gold and Platinum level packages are invited to submit Exhibitor Educational Session proposals by completing the online form. Please note that proposals must be submitted by November 16 for session information to be included in the 2013 Conference Pocket Guide. All packages receive: • A link on the eTech Ohio Conference webpage to Exhibitor’s website • Exhibitor name/description (up to 400 characters) published in the online planner • One 7” x 44” exhibitor ID sign

I understand that parking on campus is a privilege that the University can revoke for failure to abide by campus parking and traffic rules, which I agree to follow. I understand that unpaid fees for violations may result in the following consequences: withholding of academic records; denial of course registration; deduction of unpaid fines and penalties from amounts the University owes me; and referral to a collection agency or court. I also specifically authorize deduction of parking fines from any wages I may be due as an employee of the University.
