SEARCH AND SELECTION. 5.1.1 Analysis and qualification of requirement when received by email fax or on-line – should have the ability to deal with all methods of requirement communication. 5.1.2 Candidate searching sourcing via database, advert or other. 5.1.3 Matching and short listing of CVs. Submission of CVs, arrangement of interviews where required, management of offer and rejection of candidates including feedback. The Authority will identify from the CVs which potential candidates it wishes to interview and notify the Contractor accordingly and provide relevant details about the interview. The Contractor is required to make the necessary provisions for the individual to attend the interview. Following the interview process the Authority will provide the Contractor with relevant feedback on the introductions made. Where the Contractor has made a successful introduction the Authority will submit an Order to confirm the placement. In presenting a candidate to the Authority the Contractor is required to provide:  A brief CV for the candidate; maximum of four (4) pages;  A template providing evidence of the candidate’s experience and qualifications against the project scope; and  A completed declaration of interests. 5.1.4 Manage and agree start date and commercial terms. 5.1.5 Management of pre-recruitment, security checks to include for all successful candidate pre-engagement checks. The following must be included when carrying out verification checks: Authenticity the Contractor is expected to be able to demonstrate that all documents (not just those for verification of identity) are checked for authenticity and that the verification process is cumulative by the use of intelligent cross-referencing. The guidance in the Good Practice Guide on Pre-employment screening- Document Verification from the Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (see xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/XxxxxxxxxxXxxxXxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-000.xxxx) must be applied. Right to work checks the Contractor must ensure that candidates are eligible to work in the United Kingdom. The Contractor must carry out all of the following checks on all documentation.   • Recruitment and Selection Swedish Medical Center will recruit and hire the most qualified applicants to meet the staffing needs of the Center and thereafter transfer, promote, and retain such persons as employees. All such actions and decisions shall comply with the Center’s desire to promote from within whenever qualified candidates are identified, interested, and available.

  • Site Selection 5.1.1 If the parties have not designated the street address of the Franchised Location on Exhibit A on the Effective Date, Franchisee shall identify, submit and obtain Franchisor’s prior written approval of the Franchised Location meeting the requirements of this Agreement prior to entering a lease or sublease for the Franchised Location. Franchisee shall provide Franchisor all information required by Franchisor, as determined by Franchisor in Franchisor’s sole determination, necessary for Franchisor to evaluate the Franchised Location. Franchisor shall have ten (10) business days to review Franchisee’s written site proposal for the Franchised Location and notify Franchisee of its approval or disapproval in writing. Franchisor’s failure to respond within ten (10) business days shall signify Franchisor’s disapproval of the site. Franchisor shall not unreasonably withhold Franchisor’s approval of a proposed site for the Franchised Location. 5.1.2 Franchisee must have a site for the Franchised Location approved by Franchisor, receive the opening notice from Franchisor described in Section 5.4 below, and open Franchisee’s Franchised Business for business within six (6) months from the Effective Date, except as otherwise provided in Section 5.1.3 All matters related in any way to Franchisee’s site are Franchisee’s sole responsibility, regardless of any assistance Franchisor may choose to provide. Franchisee is responsible for obtaining any architectural and engineering services required for Franchisee’s facility and for ensuring its compliance with local law. Neither Franchisor, nor any other person or company associated with Franchisor shall have any liability for any site‐related matter. Xxxxxxxxxx agrees not to make any claims against Franchisor and/or any of Franchisor’s affiliates or associates with regard to such matters. 5.1.4 If Franchisor makes a loan to Franchisee for (i) Franchisee’s purchase of the franchise for the Franchised Business; (ii) the remodeling of the Franchised Location; (iii) the transfer of any interest in this franchise or this Agreement; or (iv) any other purpose; Franchisee shall open (or re‐open, as the case may be), the Franchised Business for business within sixty (60) days from the loan origination date.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Panel Selection 1. The Parties shall apply the following procedures in selecting a Panel: (a) the Panel shall comprise 3 members; (b) within 15 days following the date of the establishment of the Panel, each Party shall nominate a Panelist; (c) the Parties shall endeavor 2. If a Panelist appointed under this Article resigns or becomes unable to act, a successor Panelist shall be appointed within 30 days in accordance with the selection procedure as prescribed for the appointment of the original Panelist and the successor shall have all the powers and duties of the original Panelist. The work of the Panel shall be suspended during the appointment of the successor Panelist.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

If the contractor is Sole Source, please attach a copy of the Sole Source designation letter from the City of New Haven Purchasing Department. N/A

  • Vaccination and Inoculation ‌ (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees, including in-service seminars for employees. Where the Employer or Occupational Health and Safety Committee identifies high risk areas which expose employees to infectious or communicable diseases for which there are protective immunizations available, such immunizations shall be provided at no cost to the employee. The Committee may consult with the Medical Health Officer. Where the Medical Health Officer identifies such a risk, the immunization shall also be provided at no cost. The Employer shall provide Hepatitis B vaccine, free of charge, to those employees who may be exposed to bodily fluids or other sources of infection. (b) An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse effect on the employee's health.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”. b. The AGENCY agrees to permit persons duly authorized by the COUNTY to interview any clients and all current and/or former employees of the AGENCY to be assured of the AGENCY’S satisfactory performance of the terms of this Contract. c. Following such evaluation, monitoring, and/or audit, the COUNTY will deliver a report of its findings and recommendations with regard to the AGENCY’S conformance with this Contract’s terms and conditions to the AGENCY and/or Board of Directors’ President, and members, whenever applicable. If deficiencies are noted, a written notice of corrective action will be issued to the AGENCY which will specify deficiencies and provide a timeline for correction of those deficiencies. Within the designated timeframe in the written notice of corrective action, the AGENCY shall submit to the COUNTY’S CCC manager (“Manager”), or their designee, a corrective action plan to rectify all deficiencies identified by the COUNTY. d. Failure by the AGENCY to correct noted deficiencies, as outlined in the written notice of corrective action, may result in the AGENCY being deemed in breach of the Contract terms. e. The AGENCY shall cooperate with the COUNTY on all reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable COUNTY guidelines and requirements for general fund recipients.

  • Purpose; Incorporation by Reference of Auction Procedures and Settlement Procedures (a) The Statement for each series of MuniPreferred will provide that the Applicable Rate for such series for each Subsequent Rate Period thereof shall, except under certain conditions, be the rate per annum that a bank or trust company appointed by the Fund advises results from implementation of the Auction Procedures for such series. The Board of Directors or Board of Trustees, as the case may be, of the Fund has adopted a resolution appointing the Auction Agent as auction agent for purposes of the Auction Procedures for each series of MuniPreferred. The Auction Agent accepts such appointment and agrees to follow the procedures set forth in this Section 2 and the Auction Procedures for the purpose of determining the Applicable Rate for each series of MuniPreferred for each Subsequent Rate Period thereof for which the Applicable Rate is to be determined by an Auction. Each periodic implementation of such procedures is hereinafter referred to as an "Auction." (b) All of the provisions contained in the Auction Procedures and the Settlement Procedures are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety and shall be deemed to be a part hereof to the same extent as if such provisions were fully set forth herein.
