Aircraft Use. Use of aircraft will comply with the Interagency Aircraft Utilization Guidelines, Exhibit G of the CFMA.
Aircraft Use. The Concessionaire and any pilot of the aircraft authorised by this Concession must hold the applicable aviation document and privileges to conduct the Concession Activity under the Civil Aviation Rules and must comply with Civil Aviation law requirements applying to the Concession Activity.
Aircraft Use. Lessee shall provide Lessor with requests for flight time and proposed flight schedules as far in advance of any given flight as possible, and in no event less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of Lessee’s planned departure, unless Lessor otherwise agrees. Requests for flight time shall be in a form, whether written or oral, mutually convenient to, and agreed upon by the parties. In addition to the proposed schedules and flight times, Lessee shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight at some time prior to scheduled departure as required by the Lessor or Lessor’s flight crew:
(a) proposed departure point;
(b) destinations
(c) date and time of flight
(d) the number of anticipated passengers
(e) the identity of each anticipated passenger
(f) the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried;
(g) the date and time of return flight, if any; and
(h) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by Lessor, Lessor’s flight crew, or any United States agency having jurisdiction over such flight operations. Lessor shall have sole and exclusive authority over the scheduling of the Aircraft, including any limitations on the number of passengers on any flight, provided however, that, Lessor will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate Lessee’s needs and to avoid conflicts in scheduling.
Aircraft Use. During the terms of his employment as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Executive may use the Company’s aircraft for travel to and from his primary and or secondary residences up to a maximum of 100 hours of flight time per calendar year.
Aircraft Use. DESIGNER using its own aircraft, or employing aircraft in connection with the work performed under this Agreement shall maintain Aircraft Liability Insurance with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Said certificate shall state that the policy required by this paragraph has been endorsed to name GSD as Additional Insureds.
Aircraft Use. MAX AERO rental aircraft will be used for the purpose of pleasure or personal business. Flights for the purpose of compensation or hire are prohibited. The renter or student pilot who has received an aircraft checkout is the only pilot that is authorized to fly the airplane; dual instruction, by non-MAX AERO flight instructors, is strictly prohibited. Renter and student pilots will observe all federal, state and local air safety regulations and will obtain weather reports and forecasts prior to any flight.
Aircraft Use. The Renter may use FOOTHILL FLIGHT CENTER rental aircraft for the purpose of pleasure or personal business. Flights for the purpose of compensation or hire are prohibited. The Renter or student pilot who has received an aircraft checkout is the only pilot that is authorized to fly the airplane; dual instruction by non-FOOTHILL FLIGHT CENTER flight instructors is strictly prohibited. The Renter must occupy the left seat; unless the Renter is a CFI candidate who has received a right seat checkout from an authorized FOOTHILL FLIGHT CENTER instructor. The Renter will observe all federal, state and local air safety regulations and will obtain weather reports and forecasts prior to any flight.
Aircraft Use. All aircraft may be used for dual instructional cross-country flights with a MA authorized instructor onboard. Solo flight prior to the possession of at least a private pilot’s certificate is not permitted. For modern Aero owned or managed aircraft, Solo training flights are permitted in SR20 only and expressly when under the direct supervision of the MA flight instructor.
Aircraft Use. Operator and User agree to use the Aircraft covered by this Agreement in accordance with the time-share provisions contained in 91.501 of the Federal Aviation Regulations, as well as any other applicable portions of FAR Part 91.
Aircraft Use.
