Alcohol and Drug Use Policy. Clemson University prohibits the illicit or unauthorized manufacture, use, possession, distribution or dispensation of alcohol or illegal drugs on University property or as part of any University activity. Alcohol and Drug Use Policy. When Saint Xxxxxx School determines that a student used, purchased, or possessed illegal mood-altering chemicals, tobacco products, nicotine products, vaping and e-cigarettes, narcotics, drugs, alcohol, drug paraphernalia or simulated drugs, or determines that a student aided another to commit such an offense on school property or at school related activities, the principal will be notified and will immediately notify the parent/guardian. A teacher or person having reasonable suspicion of the above shall notify the principal immediately. Immediate suspension, or more severe discipline punishments, may be enforced. In cases where ingestion is suspected or when a student is in distress, medical attention may be sought immediately. A thorough investigation and review will be conducted by the principal or designee after receiving knowledge of the incident. At that time appropriate strategies will be developed and implemented to assist and to support the student in changing behavior patterns as related to drug/alcohol/tobacco involvement, use or abuse. Disciplinary measures taken by the principal may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Alcohol and Drug Use Policy. The Contractor shall provide the Town with a copy of the company's policy on alcohol and drug use for all employees involved in snow plowing and ice control operations. This policy shall comply with all applicable state and federal regulations, and the Contractor shall maintain compliance with this policy throughout the term of the contract. By signing this contract, the Contractor certifies that all drivers provided for the snow plowing and ice control operations shall meet the above requirements. This section is incorporated into the Contract by reference and is subject to all terms and conditions outlined in the Contract.

  • Alcohol and Drugs Service Provider agrees that the presence of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the Work Site and while performing their Services. If the Service Provider or any of their agents, employees, or subcontractors are determined to be present or with alcohol or drugs in their possession, this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

  • Alcohol and Drug Testing Employee agrees to comply with and submit to any Company program or policy for testing for alcohol abuse or use of drugs and, in the absence of such a program or policy, to submit to such testing as may be required by Company and administered in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

  • Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace City reserves the right to deny access to, or require Contractor to remove from, City facilities personnel of any Contractor or subcontractor who City has reasonable grounds to believe has engaged in alcohol abuse or illegal drug activity which in any way impairs City's ability to maintain safe work facilities or to protect the health and well-being of City employees and the general public. City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities. Illegal drug activity means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, purchasing, using or being under the influence of illegal drugs or other controlled substances for which the individual lacks a valid prescription. Alcohol abuse means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, or using alcoholic beverages, or being under the influence of alcohol.

  • DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY The parties agree that employees represented by this Agreement shall be free from the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while at work. The Agency's Drug/Alcohol Policy will be adhered to by such employees.

  • Alcohol & Drugs I understand that the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is prohibited at all game locations and Activities hosted by the Club.   • Pharmacy Benefits - Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies from a Pharmacy This plan covers prescription drugs listed on our formulary and diabetic equipment or supplies bought from a pharmacy as a pharmacy benefit. These benefits are administered by our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). Our formulary includes a tiered copayment structure and indicates that certain prescription drugs require preauthorization. If a prescription drug is not on our formulary, it is not covered. For specific coverage information or a copy of the most current formulary, please visit our website or call our Customer Service Department. Prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies are covered when dispensed using the following guidelines: • the prescription must be medically necessary, consistent with the physician’s diagnosis, ordered by a physician whose license allows him or her to order it, filled at a pharmacy whose license allows such a prescription to be filled, and filled according to state and federal laws; • the prescription must consist of legend drugs that require a physician’s prescription under law, or compound medications made up of at least one legend drug requiring a physician’s prescription under law; • the prescription must be dispensed at the proper place of service as determined by our Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. For example, certain prescription drugs may only be covered when obtained from a specialty pharmacy; and • the prescription is limited to the quantities authorized by your physician not to exceed the quantity listed in the Summary of Pharmacy Benefits. Prescription drugs are subject to the benefit limits and the amount you pay shown in the Summary of Pharmacy Benefits.

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING Employees may be tested for drugs and/or alcohol pursuant to the provisions of the Employer's Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement as if more fully set forth herein.
