Concessional Personal Leave - Special Circumstances. Where special circumstances arise SPARQ Solutions may grant to an employee additional leave with pay where the employee has exhausted all other leave options, where the employee or immediate member of the employees family requires ongoing medical care for life threatening injury or illness under such conditions or limitations as SPARQ Solutions will determine. Such approval will require written evidence to the satisfaction of SPARQ Solutions. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
