ANIMALS - PETS. Resident shall not be allowed to have or bring, even temporarily, any animal (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents, or insects) anywhere in the Premises or on the community property at any time, except by prior written consent of Agent. If Agent agrees to permit Resident an animal (“pet”), prior to having any pet on the Premises or at the community, Resident agrees to pay all applicable fees and deposits, and both Resident and Agent must sign a separate pet agreement or addendum. Resident’s bringing into or onto the Premises or the community property or the keeping or possession of any animal for any duration without Agent’s written consent shall constitute a substantial violation of this Lease. Resident agrees that violation of this paragraph may result in the immediate termination by Agent of Resident’s right to possession of the Premises upon fourteen (14) days notice of termination, and subsequent eviction from the Premises. ANIMALS - PETS. 16.1 Pets are only permitted at the Holiday Accommodation if it is indicated that the Holiday Accommodation is a “pet friendly property” on the Booking Agent’s Website.
16.2 Despite the Holiday Accommodation being indicated to be a “pet friendly property” a specific pet or pets are only permitted at the Holiday Accommodation if pre-arranged with and approved by the Booking Agent.
16.3 Any damage to the Holiday Accommodation caused by a pet may be billed to the Guest.

ANIMALS - PETS. The presence of any animals or pets in or about Pascault Row or the Apartment is prohibited, with the exception of fish when all roommates agree. No fish tank shall exceed a ten (10) gallon capacity. Visiting pets are prohibited.
ANIMALS - PETS. Tenants shall not keep any pets on the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord. If Landlord grants permission to Tenants to keep pets, an additional fee of $650 will be required by the Landlord for potential damage and additional wear and tear to the Premises caused by Tenants’ pets. Pet Fee is nonrefundable. See Pet Addendum document for additional terms.
ANIMALS - PETS. The presence of any animals or pets in or about Fayette Square or the Apartment is subject to prior written approval of Agent. In order to keep a pet, Licensee must complete the Animal and Breed Specific Housing License Agreement Addendum and pay the $350 non- refundable pet fee. Each approved pet is subject to a $25 per month pet fee. No pet is approved without written or emailed notification from Agent. Visiting pets are prohibited. Licensees who have a pet or animal will be required to pay the cost of having the Apartment de-fleaed and de-ticked by a professional exterminator and the carpeting shampooed and deodorized by a professional cleaner at the termination of occupancy, as necessary. Licensee further agrees to pay for any and all damages caused by the pet.
a) Any individual found with an unauthorized pet on the Property will be assessed a $500 fine and will be responsible for the non-refundable pet fee and pet fees for the time they have the pet on the Property.
ANIMALS - PETS. With strict and binding limitations, animals/pets are allowed within the Leased Premises. However, signing this Residential Lease does NOT allow Tenant to have an animal/pet in the Leased Premises. If Tenant chooses to have an animal/pet in the Leased Premises, Tenant MUST sign an “Addendum for Owning a Pet in Leased Premises” and have it approved and countersigned by Landlord. Per the Addendum, all necessary paperwork must be submitted and signed, including proof of vaccination/shots and registration of the pet, and all fees must be paid before any animal/pet may reside in the Leased Premises. All roommates must agree in writing that an animal/pet is allowed in the Leased Premises. If any roommate disagrees, the request to own an animal/pet will be denied. A maximum of two animals/pets per apartment unit is allowed. Any Tenant found housing an animal/pet in the Leased Premises without a signed and Landlord-approved “Addendum for Owning a Pet in Leased Premises” will be fined a rate of $50 per day. This includes animals that are said to be “visiting.” Fines will continue until the animal/pet has been removed from the Premises OR has a signed and Landlord-approved “Addendum for Owning a Pet in Leased Premises.”
ANIMALS - PETS. Exhibitors wishing to bring animals to the show must complete appropriate documentation to the NAVC that is reviewed by the NAVC IACUC committee. Notification of approval/denial will be provided to the exhibitor by NAVC. Adherence to the following guidelines is required:
1) USDA Health Certificates are required for interstate and international transportation of USDA covered species, and certificates will NOT be issued on site;
2) If you reside within Florida, we advise that you have health certificates but they are not required;
3) Proof of rabies vaccination is a requirement for all animals attending the NAVC in accordance with Chapter 828.30 F.S.;
4) Contact information for the person who is responsible for the animal(s) is also required and should be accessible on-site.;
5) All animals must be appropriately confined and dogs must be on a leash. Animals must not block the aisles;
6) Service dogs are exempt from IACUC and USDA requirements, except for proof of rabies vaccination or proof of medical exemption from vaccination.
