Annual leave records. Every employer shall keep or cause to be kept an annual leave record showing the date of commencement of employment, the date on which the last leave became due, and the date upon which the last leave was taken.

Annual leave records. Annual leave that each employee has to credit shall be posted at the end of each twelve (12) month period as defined in clause for each Employer. This list shall be posted within thirty (30) calendar days at the end of such period.
