Annual Planning Process. (a) The Financial Plan will have a 5 year horizon but will be reviewed and updated by the Operator at least annually throughout the Term (including throughout the last 5 years of the Term) and in the event of a significant Capital Variation Expenditure, the Province’s Representative may recommend that the Financial Plan be reviewed and amended as appropriate to take into account such Capital Variation Expenditure and the impact thereof on Operations.
