APPEARANCE RELEASE. Buyer agrees and acknowledges that BJAC, its licensees, service providers, assigns, and/or its television partner can and has permission to use and exploit his or her likeness, appearance, voice and image for television, internet, digital media, videos, still photography and/or any other visual/audio recording, digital content, program and/or media in perpetuity. Buyer hereby waives all residual rights or claims that might arise from use or exploitation of his or her appearance, picture, image or likeness for any purpose at any future date.
APPEARANCE RELEASE. Employee irrevocably agrees that the Company may interview tape and photograph Employee, and make audio and visual recordings of his voice, conversation and sounds for use on and in connection with the Company, its Website(s), its business(es), and the advertising and promotion thereof, and that Company shall be the exclusive owner of the results and proceeds of such taping, photography and recording with the right, throughout the universe, in any media now known or hereafter devised, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, to copyright, to use and to license others to use, in any manner, all or any portion thereof or of a reproduction thereof in connection the same or otherwise. Employee represents that any statements made by him during his appearance are true, to the best of his knowledge, and that neither they nor his appearance will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

By completing this Bidder Agreement, Buyer hereby acknowledges he has given given BJAC, its licensee, and/or its television partner permission to use his likeness and image for television, Internet, video screens, videos, still photography and/or any other visual/audio recording or program. I also consent to the use of my Appearances and biographical material about me in connection with the Recordings and the promotion of audio and other media projects based on the Recordings and the distribution of such materials; provided however, address, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses will be available for MYS member use only. APPEARANCE RELEASE. In consideration of being able to produce / record / broadcast from the Juneau Live! or Juneau Live! Live! Studio (if selected as a Service on the Facility Use and Service Form), User (on behalf itself and any and all performers, audience members or others who incidental may appear therein) hereby releases the following rights to Juneau Live! with regard to User’s use of the Facility and Services. User authorizes Juneau Live! to record / broadcast / rebroadcast User’s appearance, voice and/or performance including by means audio, visual and/or written recording, including audio recordings, video recording, photographs or written notes, (“Juneau / Juneau Live! Live! Services”). User grants Juneau Live! the rights to use the Juneau / Juneau Live! Live! Services for the activities of Juneau Live!, subject to the restrictions stated herein. User release Juneau Live! from any liability to User for Juneau Live!’s use of the Juneau / Juneau Live! Live! Services, according to the restrictions stated herein. User hereby waives any moral rights, including the right to identification of authorship or limitation on subsequent modification, that User has or may have in any work of authorship created hereunder. Participant grants to Company and its respective licensees, successors, agents and assigns the universal and perpetual right and permission to tape, photograph and record Participant and Participant’s voice during and in connection with Participant’s participation in the Series Screening (the “Appearance”). Participant agrees that Company shall be the exclusive owner of the results and proceeds of such taping, photography and recording with the universal and perpetual right (including copyright) to use, distribute, license, exhibit and otherwise exploit the Materials (as defined below) or any portion or reproduction thereof, in and in connection with the Series or otherwise, in any manner and in any and all media and formats now known or hereafter devised (including without limitation, theatrical, non-theatrical, all forms of television, home video, video on demand, pay-per-view, internet, social media, print, publishing, digital file, soundtrack album and other media platforms that allow the Series and/or Materials to be streamed, uploaded and/or downloaded). All physical embodiments of the Appearance shall be known as the “Materials.” Company is not obligated to use the Materials in connection with the Series or in any other work produced by Company.

I further agree that Nerd Fitness may use and license others to use my name, voice, likeness and any biographical material concerning me which I may provide, throughout the world in all media, including electronic media, an unlimited number of times and in perpetuity in connection with the advertising and/or promotion of the Camp or otherwise as Nerd Fitness deems reasonable and appropriate and in connection with the promotion, advertising, sale, publicizing and exploitation of the Camp and/or otherwise (and Nerd Fitness’s ancillary products or services in connection with the Camp) and in connection with Nerd Fitness or its affiliated goods and/or services. I further represent that any statements made by me during the Camp are true, to the best of my knowledge, and that neither they nor my appearance in media in connection with the Camp will violate or infringe the rights of any third party. In the event that the Recipient appears (visually or audibly) in a recording produced in the course of performing the activities contemplated in this Agreement, the Recipient consents to the use by Cornell and its assigns and grants to Cornell the world-wide, royalty-free, paid-up, irrevocable, sub-licensable and unconditional power, right, privilege and permission to make, record, produce, edit, modify, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, publish, display, perform, and transmit by the means of still photography, live or recorded broadcast, webcast, or Internet streaming, film, videotape, or any other similar mechanical or electronic method (whether now known or later developed) the Recipient’s performance, appearance, name, voice, picture, or likeness, solely in connection Program and for the purposes of education, instruction, publicity, advertising, and promotion in connection with the Program. The Recipient waives any moral or similar rights he or she may have in the recordings relating to his/her appearance. Cornell shall have the right to copyright any recorded appearance involving the Recipient. Recipient releases and discharges Cornell and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Recipient's appearance or the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the recordings related to the activities performed by the Recipient under this Agreement.
APPEARANCE RELEASE. I hereby agree that IU and its assigns, agents, employees, licensors, and successors (collectively the “IU parties”) may, by any media whatsoever, produce, distribute, exhibit, broadcast, and promote scenes of me in connection with said production, and may sell or license the same for distribution, exhibition, or broadcast to any other person or entity and that the IU parties may make reference to and use my name, voice, and likeness. I further agree that the IU parties may edit scenes and my appearance in the production, and may use or authorize others to use such scenes in other formats.
