Areas of Operation. Sublessee shall not operate or locate the Airframe or any Engine or Part or suffer the Airframe or any Engine or Part to be operated or located (i) in any area, or for carriage of any goods, excluded from coverage by the Insurances or (ii) in any recognized or threatened area of hostilities unless fully covered by war risk insurance or (iii) outside the United States of America, Mexico or Canada.

All companies or individuals who are issued a Commercial Vehicle Use Agreement Permit (“Permittee”) shall only use Zone 4 or 5 to pick up customers, unless authorized by the Executive Director. Permittee is allowed to drop off customers along the white curb in front of the main terminal. Permittee must depart immediately after concluding the drop off. Commercial vehicles waiting to pick up customers in Zone 4 can stop and wait for no longer than 15 minutes after the driver confirms the flight of their arriving passenger(s) is at the boarding gate. Vehicle must be attended at all times in Zone 4. Drivers can wait in Zone 5 until the flight of their arriving passenger(s) is parked at the boarding gate. Vehicles can be left unattended for a minimum amount of time in Zone 5. Other than taxis, all commercial vehicles parked in the commercial lane must have pre-arranged transportation with customers.

Areas of Operation. 3.2.1 The Services shall be provided by Air Amazonia in HRT’s current operations bases located in the Northern region of Brazil or any other place in Brazil where HRT O&G starts to operate in the future (each an “Operations Base”).
3.2.2 Air tickets to the commercial airport with regularly scheduled airline service nearest to HRT O&G’s Operations Base shall be borne by Air Amazonia. Transportation from the nearest commercial airport to HRT O&G’s Operations Base shall be borne by HRT O&G.
3.2.3 Transportation cost of the equipment, tools, and materials from Manaus, AM, to the Operations Base, and the return to Manaus, AM, shall be borne by HRT O&G provided that Air Amazonia use the same logistics operator used by HRT O&G.
Areas of Operation. 6.1. The area of operation for the Scheme shall be all the Licensed Telecom Circles/Area of BSNL for National PABX Franchisee / The Concerned Licensed Telecom Circle/Area of BSNL for Circle PABX Franchisee.
6.2. The jurisdiction of Telecom Circles/SSAs can be modified at a later date based on BSNL Policy or licence Conditions.
6.3. BSNL shall be free to enter into similar arrangement or different business arrangements for a similar line of products with any number of PABX Franchisee(s) or organisation(s) in any or all areas of operation.

Areas of Operation. 7.1 In major metropolitan and regional areas there may be multiple members and their areas for membership may be shared or their boundaries overlap in certain regions. This will only occur with the approval of the IWS where it is considered that this would not adversely affect those members by placing them in close proximity and direct competition to each other. Should such a situation occur, and where discussions between all parties concerned fail to resolve the issues of concern, the IWS reserves the right to, where possible, review the boundaries for the relevant member’s area of operations and/or consider to and consequently withdraw the membership of one of the parties involved.

Services offered from the Community Equipment Service are specified below: • Delivery and demonstrations of a variety of independent living equipment to individuals. • Uplift of equipment. • Assembly and installation of equipment to individuals at home as instructed by the Prescribers. • Maintenance and repair of existing equipment (PAT + LOLER) will not be carried out by the Community Equipment Service. This is contracted by the Technical Services Department at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar to a private contractor. • Maintaining stock levels. • Technical advice to Prescribers. • Instruction on use of specific equipment. • Production of agreed regular reports to Partners. • Recycling and cleaning of returned goods to agreed Health and Safety standards as specified within the Recycling Procedures. • Communication with Partners, re availability of stock. • Log deliveries and asset equipment via ELMS. • Support induction of new prescribers to familiarise them with equipment and store service operation. • All written communication (leaflets etc) should to Prescribers and individuals should comply with NHSWI and CnES requirements. • Development and maintenance of the ELMS IT system • Development and provision of a range of ELMS Training to meet identified needs • Will prioritise requests in collaboration with the prescriber.
