Arrival Window. If you would like to be present for your cleaner, please understand that we have a 1-hour window of arrival. For example; if you are booked at 10:00 am, your cleaning crew will arrive between 10:00 am-11:00 am. Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts, a cleaning taking longer than expected, etc. If we are running behind or ahead of schedule, our office will call or text you with an updated time of arrival.

Arrival Window. We ask that you please allow us a 1 hour arrival window from the time you choose. Our staff does multiple jobs each day and some may take a little longer than expected. For example, if you choose 10:00am, your start time is between 10:00am and 11:00am. Please make sure you are looking out for us around your start time. We can never guarantee to completely remove stains from rubber, or caulking due to the fact that stains may have been trapped inside the material when it was heated and expanded during warm weather. If you have a sealant put down over an exterior surface, there may be stains trapped underneath the sealer that weren't 100% removed prior to sealing. In some rare cases, organic growth can grow under the sealer causing black and green stains over time. The only way to remove the stains is to completely strip the sealer first so that the stains can be reached. Stripping sealers is an additional cost and will need to be quoted upon arrival. Our chemicals & equipment could be harmful if used improperly. We will not work with people or pets present in our work area for safety reasons. Please make sure not to schedule any other service providers to be there the same time as our company. If our crew is unable to work at our desired pace due to people or pets being present in our work area, we will leave & charge at least a $50 rescheduling fee to come back another day.   • Delivery Term The period for which prices for All-Requirements Power Supply have been established, as set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Delivery Point The delivery point is the point of delivery of the Power Product to the CAISO Controlled Grid (the “Delivery Point”). Seller shall provide and convey to Buyer the Power Product from the Generating Facility at the Delivery Point. Title to and risk of loss related to the Power Product transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

  • Travel Time Leave provided in paragraphs A and B of this Article shall apply to and cover actual and necessary travel to and from such meetings required during normal working hours on the day of the meeting or negotiations, except that MSEA-SEIU bargaining team members traveling 100 miles or more to negotiations shall be entitled to travel time outside of days of negotiations.
