Limited Lifetime Warranty. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, GDY warrants the marine-grade pressure treated deck panels (PTP) for life against rot only. Lifetime warranty on (PTP) means so long as the original retail owner owns the Product. Additionally, the original retail owner may transfer the (PTP) warranty. Upon transfer of the Product, the documented second owner shall have a limited (PTP) warranty for a period not to exceed 10 years from the date of purchase of the Product by the original retail owner. GDY also warrants the pontoon tubes, rails, gates and under deck structure against any structural failures so long as the original retail owner owns the Product.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Unless otherwise provided in writing and approved by c3controls, c3controls warrants, for a period of ten (10) years (which period is a reasonable Lifetime of the Product) from the date of the c3controls invoice, that all Goods (excluding enclosures and clearance sale products) will be of merchantable quality and free from defects in material workmanship and design in accordance with generally recognized, applicable and accepted practices and procedures in the industry as of the date of shipment of such Goods by c3controls. c3controls’ warranty hereunder shall include specifications as agreed upon in writing by c3controls prior to the date of shipment; provided, however, that c3controls will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any design furnished by Customer and incorporated into the Goods. c3controls’ warranty hereunder extends to Goods purchased by c3controls for sale with the Goods manufactured by c3controls only to the extent that the decision to incorporate such Goods is made solely by c3controls. Otherwise, any warranty applicable to such purchased Goods shall be limited solely to the warranty extended by the original manufacturer. Repaired or replaced Goods are warranted for a period of six (6) months from the date of shipment of the replacement, or for the remainder of the original warranty term, whichever is longer. Warranty coverage hereunder must be consistent with other provisions herein and shall be limited to the replacement, repair or modification of, or issuance of a credit for, the Goods involved, at c3controls’ option, and only after the return of such Goods with c3controls consent in accordance with RETURN OF EQUIPMENT. Warranty coverage hereunder is available only if (i) c3controls is promptly notified in writing upon discovery of an alleged defect, and (ii) c3controls’ examination of the subject Goods discloses, to its satisfaction, that any alleged defect has not been caused by misuse; neglect; improper installation; improper operation; improper maintenance, repair alteration or modification; accident; or unusual deterioration or degradation of the Goods or parts thereof due to physical environment or due to electrical or electromagnetic noise environment. Limited Lifetime Warranty. Ventco® Inc. (“Company”) warrants to you, the original owner of ProfileVent® that if ProfileVent® does not withstand ordinary wear and tear by the elements or remain free from manufacturing defects that adversely affect its performance, Company will provide you with the exclusive remedy set forth below for a period of forty years. This Warranty is NOT transferable. The warranty period starts at the date of purchase of ProfileVent® and lasts for a lifetime or, if earlier, upon the sale of the property or removal of the ridge vent.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Contractor hereby grants to Progressive and to each Claimant a limited lifetime warranty of all work performed by Contractor or any subcontractor pursuant to this Agreement (the "Warranty"). Under this Warranty, the Contactor, at no cost to Progressive or the Claimant, will (a) remedy any defects in workmanship and/or any workmanship that fails to meet generally accepted industry standards in effect at the time of the work with respect to form, fit, finish, appearance, durability, functionality and safety ("Industry Standards"), and (b) replace any and all parts which are defective or otherwise fail to meet Industry Standards. All work performed and replacement parts used by Contractor under this Warranty will conform to Industry Standards. Contractor will also pay for associated repair costs and the cost of a rental vehicle necessitated by repair work covered by this Warranty. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, this Warranty: (i) does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect or abuse; (ii) covers each part only for the time period after installation which is equivalent to the duration of the applicable manufacturer's warranty for such part (it being understood that the Contractor will replace such defective parts in accordance with this Warranty and will seek recovery under any manufacturer's warranty separately); and (iii) applies as long as the Claimant owns or leases the vehicle (except that, with respect to parts only, the duration of the warranty period may be limited under the immediately preceding clause (ii)).
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth herein, Seller warrants to the original retail purchaser the following shocks (as more fully identified in Seller’s catalog) against any defects in workmanship and/or material: (collectively, the “Gas Pressure Shocks”). Limited Lifetime Warranty. Supplier warrants to the original end user customer of its Products that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Supplier warrants to the original end user of its Products that Products that are damaged during use will be replaced. Supplier will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Supplier on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any Products on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to applicable law. This limited lifetime warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Products or for Products that are damaged during use. Supplier is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with removing or installing Supplier’s Products. Licensee/Reseller shall obtain Proof of purchase from the original end user in order to request warranty service. Licensee/Reseller shall have no claim for warranty service without Proof of Purchase from the original end user. Supplier reserves the right to change the terms of the limited lifetime warranty at any time and without prior notice.
