ARTICLE STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. During the life of the Agreement there shall be no lockout by the Employer and no work stoppage by any employee or employees.
ARTICLE STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Union agrees that there shall be no strikes and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The meaning of the words "strike" and "lockout" shall be defined in The Labour Relations Act, Chapter as amended.
ARTICLE STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement there shall be no strikes, suspension or slow down of work. It further agrees to use its best efforts to prevent picketing or other interference with the Employer's operation during the term of the Agreement. The Employer agrees that there shall be no lockout of the employees during the currency of this Agreement. In the event that any employees of the Employer, other than those covered by this Agreement, engage in a strike or where employees in a labour dispute engage in a strike and maintain picket lines, the employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross such picket lines. Failure to cross such a picket line by the members of this Union shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement, nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
ARTICLE STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Union and the Company declare it to be their common intention that all controversies shall be resolved amicably in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and to this end:

ARTICLE STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Employer will not cause or direct any lockout of its employees, and the Union will not cause or direct any strikes. The of the terms and "lockout" shall be in accordance with the Canada Labour Code.
ARTICLE STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Union agrees there shall be no strikes and the Hospital agrees there will be no lockouts so long as this Agreement continues to operate. The definitions of the terms "lockout" and "strike" as used in Section above, shall be in accordance with the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
ARTICLE STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Union undertakes and agrees that while this Agreement is in operation, neither the Union or any employee, shall take part in or call or encourage any strike, picketing, slowdown or any suspension of or stoppage of or interference with, work or production which shall in any way effect the operations of the Company, nor shall there be any sympathy strikes or secondary boycotts, and the Company agrees that it will not engage in any lockout during the term of this Agreement. Any employee who participates in any of the foregoing conduct shall be subject to discipline up to and including discharge.
ARTICLE STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement there shall be no strikes, suspension or slow down of work, picketing or other interference with the of the Boards business and to this end the Union will take affirmative action to prevent any employee from engaging in any such activity. The Board agrees that there shall be no lockout of the employees.
ARTICLE STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. It is hereby agreed that no cessation of work shall occur through strikes or lockouts during the life of this Agreement.
