As-Built. The Owner acknowledges and agrees to submit an as-built grading plan showing actual ground elevations to geodetic datum at front, rear and side of house, driveways at edge of pavement and at garage, all lot corners, swale inverts, terraces and top and bottom of retaining walls. The grades must be taken under the supervision of a professional Civil Engineer or Ontario Land Surveyor. The Owner acknowledges and agrees to have a Civil Engineer licensed in the Province of Ontario or an Ontario Land Surveyor certify that the final lot grading is within 0.2 metres of the approved grades on the grading and drainage plan. The Owner acknowledges and agrees to have a Civil Engineer licensed in the Province of Ontario or Ontario Land Surveyor certify the elevation of the top of footings prior to completion of the foundation walls, and the Owner shall remove said footing if found to be out by more than 0.1 metre from the approved design grading plan. Said elevation shall be submitted by the professional engineer or Ontario land Surveyor to the General Manager, Planning, Infrastructure and Economic Development for approval prior to the completion of the foundation walls.
As-Built. Drawings
(a) As-built drawings,” as used in this clause, means drawings submitted by the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier to show the construction of a particular structure or work as actually completed under the contract. 'As-built drawings” shall be synonymous with 'Record drawings.”
(b) As required by the Contracting Officer, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Officer accurate information to be used in the preparation of permanent as-built drawings. For this purpose, the Contractor shall record on one set of contract drawings all changes from the installations originally indicated, and record final locations of underground lines by depth from finish grade and by accurate horizontal offset distances to permanent surface improvements such as buildings, curbs, or edges of walks.
(c) This clause shall be included in all subcontracts at any tier. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that all as-built drawings prepared by subcontractors are submitted to the Contracting Officer.
As-Built. Drawings
As-Built. SPECIFICATIONS. Upon substantial completion of the Tenant Work, Tenant agrees to provide Landlord with two (2) complete sets of "As-Built" plans and specifications for the Premises and all ancillary improvements constructed by Tenant.
As-Built. Drawings -------------------------- . As-built drawings will contain a minimum of the following: . Information showing the location of running line, relative to permanent land marks, including but not limited to, railroad mileposts, boundary crossings and utility crossings.
As-Built. Not later than 60 days after completing the Project construction activities, the Permittee shall submit an as-built report to the Water Board. The report shall include a description of the areas of actual disturbance during Project construction and the photographs and map specified in Condition 12. The as-built report shall provide a written explanation of the need for any deviations from the approved Project plans. The map included with the as- built report shall include an as-planted map of the willow cuttings (CWC Section 13267);
As-Built. Drawings and Manuals
82.1 If “As Built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals are required, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in the PCC.
82.2 If the Contractor does not supply the Drawings and/or Manuals by the dates specified in GCC Sub Clause 82.1, or they do not receive the Project Manager’s approval, the Project Manager shall withhold a nominal amount specified in the PCC from payments due to the Contractor.
As-Built. Drawings (HACLA)
(a) Contractor shall provide the Project Manager and Architect accurate information to be used in the preparation of permanent As-Built Drawings and at Final Completion, the Contractor shall provide the fully As-Built Drawings to HACLA. For this purpose, Contractor shall record on one set of Contract Drawings all changes from the installations originally indicated, and record final locations of underground lines by depth from finish grade and by accurate horizontal offset distances to permanent surface improvements such as buildings, curbs, or edges of walks. If the As-Built Drawings are prepared on a computer, then the revised computer files shall also be provided to HACLA in the file format specified by HACLA.
(b) Contractor, in concert with the Architect and the Project Manager, shall review Contractor's As- Built Drawings for conformance with all current Changes prior to presenting its monthly Application for Payment. The monthly progress payment statement will not be accepted or processed by HACLA unless the As-Built Drawings are current and complete, and approved by HACLA. No final payment will be made to Contractor until the Project Manager has received accurate information to be used in the preparation of permanent As-Built Drawings.
(c) It shall be the responsibility of Contractor to ensure that all As-Built Drawings prepared by subcontractors are submitted to the Project Manager (or Architect if so directed).
As-Built. The Tenant is required to carry out its construction work in strict accordance with the approved drawings. Changes must be approved by the Landlord and recorded in "as-built" drawings and provided to the Tenant Coordinator at the conclusion of construction. The "as-built" drawings must be submitted to the Landlord on a standard 3 1/2" inch disc in AutoCad format or compatible software. The CADD layering standards must be the same as the ARIDO CADD Graphic Standards Item 3.4 Drawing Group, Release 2.0, dated March, 1993. The Tenant must provide the Landlord with one (1) set of good quality sepia prints of all drawings, documenting as-built conditions within four (4) weeks of construction completion.
As-Built. Drawings and Specifications. A CADD-DXF diskette file and a set of mylar reproducibles of all "as-built" drawings and specifications of the Premises (reflecting all field changes and including, without limitation, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications) prepared by Tenant's Architect and Engineers or by Contractors (defined below) shall be delivered by Tenant at Tenant's expense to the Landlord within thirty (30) days after completion of the Tenant Work. If Landlord has not received such drawings and diskette(s) within thirty (30) days, Landlord may give Tenant written notice of such failure. If Tenant does not produce the drawings and diskette(s) within ten (10) days after Landlord's written notice, Landlord may, at Tenant's sole cost which may be deducted from the Allowance, produce the drawings and diskette(s) using Landlord's personnel, managers, and outside consultants and contractors. Landlord shall receive an hourly rate reasonable for such production.
