As-Built Documents. The Contract Documents showing the condition of the Work as actually built, including, without limitation, the locations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or similar portions of the Work that are shown diagrammatically in the Contract Documents approved by City. These documents are maintained by Contractor on the Site and delivered, along with an electronic version of the set, to City upon Final Completion.
As-Built Documents. The Contractor shall prepare, and keep up-to-date, a complete set of “as-built” records of the execution of the Works, showing the exact as-built locations, sizes and details of the work as executed and which shall include a "history file" including design calculations and certain certification and anything else required to meet the CE Marking requirement. These records shall be kept (i) prior to the Contractor being given access to the Site, at the Contractor's factory in [to insert]; and (ii) upon being given access to the Site, on the Site and shall be used exclusively for the purposes of this sub-clause. Two copies shall be supplied to the Engineer prior to the commencement of the Tests on Completion.
As-Built Documents. As a condition of Final Completion, Contractor shall provide to Owner a complete set of As-Built Documents, in duplicate and in digital format. As-Built Documents shall depict the Project as constructed and shall reflect each change, modification, and deletion made during construction. As-Built Documents include all modifications to the Contract Documents unless otherwise directed.
As-Built Documents. The Construction Manager shall perform coordination, supervisory and expediting functions in connection with the contractor’s obligation to provide “as-built” documents and make recommendations for adequate withholding of retention in the event that a contractor fails to provide acceptable “as-built” documents.
As-Built Documents. Landlord shall provide to Tenant at the conclusion of Landlord’s Work As-Built drawings of the Project.
As-Built Documents. Operator shall deliver to the Port, ninety (90) days after project completion, full and complete “as built” drawings of any Alterations in electronic format in full conformance with the Port’s CAD Standards Manual, and three (3) half-size hard copies. For any equipment installed, Operator shall deliver to the Port, two (2) copies of the complete operations and maintenance manuals.
As-Built Documents. 3.10.1 Contractor shall maintain one set of As-built drawings and specifications, which shall be kept up to date during the Work of the Contract. All changes which are incorporated into the Work which differ from the documents as drawn and written shall be noted on the As-built set. Notations shall reflect the actual materials, equipment and installation methods used for the Work and each revision shall be initialed and dated by Superintendent. Prior to filing of the Notice of Completion each drawing and the specification cover shall be signed by Contractor and dated attesting to the completeness of the information noted therein. As-built Documents shall be turned over to the Owner’s Representative and shall become part of the Record Documents. Refer to Division 1.

In addition, the Contractor shall supply to the Contract Awarder as-built drawings of the Works, showing all Works as executed, and submit them to the Contract Awarder for review under Sub-Clause 5.2 [Contractor's Documents]. The Contractor shall obtain the consent of the Contract Awarder as to their size, the referencing system, and other relevant details. Prior to the issue of any Taking-Over Certificate, the Contractor shall supply to the Contract Awarder the specified numbers and types of copies of the relevant as-built drawings, in accordance with the Contract Awarder's Requirements. The Works shall not be considered to be completed for the purposes of taking-over under Sub-Clause 10.1 [Taking Over of the Works and Sections] until the Contract Awarder has received these documents.
As-Built Documents. The Design Build Entity shall maintain one (1) set of As-Built drawings and specifications, which shall be kept up to date during the work of the Contract. All changes from the Documents as drawn and written and approved which are incorporated into the work on the Project shall be noted on the As-Built set. Notations shall reflect the actual materials, equipment and installation methods used for the work on the Project, as well as the actual location of the work, and each revision shall be initialed and dated by Superintendent. Prior to filing of the Notice of Completion, each drawing and the specification cover shall be signed by the Design Build Entity and dated, attesting to the completeness of the information noted therein. As-Built Documents shall be turned over to the City’s Representative and shall become part of the Record Documents as required by the Scope of Work.
As-Built Documents. All Technical Documentation will be transmitted in the Contractual language to the Client in their as built status and so marked, in one package called “Final Technical File”, according to the Agreement and at the latest before acceptance or Provisional Acceptance.
