Automobile / Transportation. Employer shall pay for or reimburse Employee for his insurance, monthly automobile payment, not to exceed $1,000 per month, including applicable taxes, fuel, oil, insurance, repairs and maintenance.

Automobile / Transportation. The purpose of revision to this Article is to establish and maintain a practical and fair working provision that provides automobile expense reimbursement that encompasses recognition of employee safety, environmental factors (including fuel efficiency) and a competitive compensation structure.
32.01 All full-time employees covered by this Collective Agreement shall have the option of:
a) the use of their own vehicles and a monthly car allowance of five hundred and fifty dollars ($550.00). This allowance is to cover the costs of all repairs, routine maintenance, insurance, deductibles, tires, cleaning and detailing for the vehicle. No other maintenance expenses will be reimbursed by the Employer, or b) a leased car. If an employee selects this option then:
i) the type of automobile and options shall be determined by mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union, taking into account the nature of the duties of the employee involved, and
ii) the employee shall be unable to select another option under Article 32.01 before the lease on the car expires, except as mutually agreed with the Employer;
iii) they shall be required to pay back to the Employer the amount by which the monthly lease plus insurance costs exceed five hundred and fifty dollars ($550.00) per month.
32.02 Employees selecting option 32.01 shall have gasoline purchased for the vehicle normally driven to work paid for by the Employer providing:
a) vehicles are for the primary use of the BCNU employee b) employees shall purchase fuel at the lowest octane level recommended for the employee’s vehicle.
Automobile / Transportation. Employees required to use their personal vehicle in the performance of their duties shall be reimbursed for kilometres traveled at a rate of eighty cents (80¢) per kilometre.

Automobile / Transportation. In the event the Actor uses his own car or rides with another Actor in lieu of other transportation at the beginning and/or end of the Actor's engagement, the Actor shall receive a sum equivalent to the cost of applicable public transportation in cash. If the company closes away from the main University and/or Theatre, the University and/or Theatre shall, at the Actor's option and if the Actor has a bona fide reason, return him to the theatre prior to returning the Actor to his place of residence.

In the event the Employee uses Employee’s own car or rides with another Employee in lieu of other transportation at the beginning and end of the Employee’s engagement, the Employee shall receive a sum equivalent to the cost of applicable public transportation in cash. If the company closes away from the main theatre, PAC NYC shall, at the Employee’s option and if the Employee has a bona fide reason, return the Employee to PAC NYC prior to returning the Employee to the Employee’s place of residence.

Automobile / Transportation. Where the Theatre requests the Artist to use his/her car for the use of the Theatre and where the Artist agrees to such use, the Artist shall be paid a mutually agreeable fee. Such agreement shall be expressed by means of a rider to the Artists contract. Where Equity or the Artist disputes the Theatre’s assertion of “beyond its control” or its qualifications for a tolerance for delay, as provided for in Clause above, Equity shall have the right of initial determination. In said initial determination Equity may refuse the Theatre’s assertion and may require such payments to the Artist as are provided for in this Agreement.
Automobile / Transportation. When use of a rental car is necessary, an economy or mid-size car will be booked. Invoices will include a copy of the bill detailing the daily rate and gas charges. LeapPoint carries liability and collision insurance for rentals cars. All rental cars must be refueled before returning to the car rental agency.
