Awardee Support of Ongoing Management and Oversight. The Awardee will ensure full commitment to and cooperation with the XXXX components, and all project staff during all ongoing NSF project management and oversight activities. The Awardee will ensure availability of all key institutional partners during any desk or on-site review as well as timely access to all project documentation. The following measures will be used by NSF in providing oversight for this cooperative agreement: • Review and approval of initial staffing of all key management personnel, including the Principal Investigator, Deputy and/or Associate Director(s), Directors(s) of Equipment Site Operations, Director(s) of Cyberinfrastructure/Information Technology Operations, Director(s) of Education, Outreach, and Training, Equipment Site Principal Investigators, and Equipment Site Operations Managers. • Review and approval of Annual Work Plans and NSF-required Reports described in Section II.C, "Awardee Responsibilities - Core Expectations" under item (6) "National Science Foundation Reporting and Reviews." • Review and approval of the Performance Management System and Performance Metrics, and Risk Management System. • Review and, if required, approval of notifications to NSF about incidents related to environmental, health, and safety requirements; equipment damage/failure; and cybersecurity. • Annual Operations Merit Review Site Visits, organized by NSF, with external reviewers, to assess fulfillment of annual goals; performance; staffing; upcoming annual and longer term maintenance and operating plans; and compliance with university, government, and/or awardee environmental, health, safety, and cybersecurity requirements. • Merit Review Site Visits of Equipment Site Operations, organized by NSF, with external reviewers, at individual equipment site universities, approximately three annually, to assess fulfillment of annual goals; performance; staffing; upcoming annual and longer term maintenance and operating plans; and compliance with university, government, and/or awardee environmental, health, safety, and cybersecurity requirements. • Business Systems Review, typically scheduled once during the five-year award period, with the review to be conducted within the first two years of the award date. • Awardee-proposed national and international partnerships that require awardee signature on a Memorandum of Understanding or similar documents; and • NSF approval for changes in key management positions and equipment site Principal Investigators,...

The Awardee will ensure availability of all key partners during any desk or on-site review as well as timely access to all project documentation. The Awardee will ensure that: • The Center Director and Other Key Personnel attend cross-Center meetings, appropriate workshops organized by NSF, and annual meetings of the National Network of SLC Center Directors; • The Center is well prepared for and participates fully in the annual on-site review; • The Center Director attends the annual awardee meeting/workshop; • There is Center participation in teleconference or videoconference meetings between appropriate Center and NSF staff to follow up on problems identified in the annual reports or site visits, and • The Center participates in the regular (at least monthly) meetings of Center staff before each Science of Learning Seminar. The NSF Cognizant Program Officer may occasionally participate in these meetings.

  • Property Management Agreement The Property Management Agreement is in full force and effect and, to Borrower's Knowledge, there are no defaults thereunder by any party thereto and no event has occurred that, with the passage of time and/or the giving of notice would constitute a default thereunder.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Management and Administrative Services The Investment Adviser shall perform, or arrange for its affiliates to perform, the management and administrative services necessary for the operation of the Fund, including administering shareholder accounts and handling shareholder relations. The Investment Adviser shall provide the Fund with office space, facilities, equipment and necessary personnel and such other services as the Investment Adviser, subject to review by the Board of Directors, from time to time shall determine to be necessary or useful to perform its obligations under this Agreement. The Investment Adviser, also on behalf of the Fund, shall conduct relations with custodians, depositories, transfer agents, pricing agents, dividend disbursing agents, other shareholder servicing agents, accountants, attorneys, underwriters, brokers and dealers, corporate fiduciaries, insurers, banks and such other persons in any such other capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable. The Investment Adviser generally shall monitor the Fund's compliance with investment policies and restrictions as set forth in filings made by the Fund under the federal securities laws. The Investment Adviser shall make reports to the Board of Directors of its performance of obligations hereunder and furnish advice and recommendations with respect to such other aspects of the business and affairs of the Fund as it shall determine to be desirable.

  • Information Management Information and Records

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Thirty-Six Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($36,846.26).
