Bargaining Unit Scope. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all construction employees in the employ of the Employer, employed in all sectors of the construction industry, in the province of Ontario, that is, all electricians and electrician apprentices and helpers, save and except non- working foremen and persons above the rank of non-working xxxxxxx and office and clerical staff.
Bargaining Unit Scope. The University recognizes the Union as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all employees of the Université de Sudbury/University of Sudbury in the City of Greater Sudbury save and except Supervisors, persons above the rank of Supervisor, Professors, Librarians, Treasurers, Executive Secretaries, Residence Life Leaders and Porters employed during the school academic year, and Summer Residence Assistants.
Bargaining Unit Scope. The Employer recognizes the Union as the certified bargaining agent for all full and part- time academic staff including professional librarians employed by the Université de Sudbury/University of Sudbury in the City of Greater Sudbury save and except the President, Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Treasurer, Chaplain, and the University Librarian/Library Director.

The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent of all construction labourers, carpenters and carpenters’ apprentices in the employ of GeorgeCon Inc. in all sectors of the construction industry in the Province of Ontario, save and except non-working foremen and persons above the rank of non-working xxxxxxx.
Bargaining Unit Scope. 3.01 This Agreement shall apply to all employees of the Town of Ajax save and expect those employees above the rank of or in the position of manager, superintendent, supervisor, foremen. In addition, all office, clerical and technical employees of Recreation, Culture & Community Development (except those positions listed in the Schedule of Wages), students employed during the school vacation and/or co-op period, persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four hours per week, and persons for whom any trade Union held bargaining rights as of March 1, 2010, shall be considered exempt from this Agreement.
(a) Seasonal employees are within the scope of this Agreement and this agreement shall apply to them as outlined in Schedule “E”.
(b) It is understood that the Town will continue to employ union exempt full-time students annually, from the beginning of April to the end of September, not to exceed 100 working days for any individual student, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing. Students who exceed 105 days shall be deemed to be a Seasonal Employee and will fall under Schedule “E” of this agreement. This clause applies only to students hired in Operations & Environmental Services.
(c) Temporary employees as described in Article 5.01 are also exempt from this Agreement.
(d) It is also understood that the positions listed in Appendix “A-1” which, formed part of the Memorandum of Agreement dated February 26, 2010, (resolving the OLRB File No. 2231-09M) are also exempt from this agreement.
3.02 It is recognized that the Town is responsible for safety, health, comfort and general welfare of the citizens; therefore, the employees recognize that they should be prepared to assist in carrying out the services of the Town.

(operating as Xxxxx-Xxxxx Precast), save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, clerical staff, and all employees for whom another trade union has valid and subsisting bargaining rights.

The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all construction employees in the employ of the Employer in trades scopes self-performed by the Employer, that is, Carpenters, labourers and operating engineers and their apprentices and helpers in all sectors of the construction industry in OLRB Area 26, save and except non-working forepersons and persons above the rank of non-working foreperson, and save and except construction labourers employed in the non-ICI sector of the construction industry in Ontario Labour Relations Board Area 8. For clarity, the Employer may subcontract work normally not performed by the Employer, including such work that is within the usual trade scope of the above trades. Further, a choice by The Employer to self-perform an additional scope of work on a project doesn’t obligate the Employer to continue to self-preform that work on subsequent projects.
Bargaining Unit Scope. 3.01 This Agreement shall apply to all employees of the Town of Ajax Operations and Environmental Services Department, Recreation Services Department and all office, clerical and technical employees save and except managers, superintendents, supervisors, foremen, persons above the rank of manager, superintendent, supervisor and xxxxxxx, executive secretaries, payroll co-ordinator, records co-ordinator, office, clerical and technical employees of the Recreation Services Department, persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four hours per week, students employed during the school vacation period and persons for whom any trade union held bargaining rights as of the date of application. The three Customer Service Representatives in the Recreation Services Department are within the scope of this agreement.

The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all maintenance and any other non-construction employees in the employ of the Employer, including but not limited to, all carpenters, scaffolders, construction labourers, operating engineers, heavy equipment mechanics and the apprentices and helpers of the above trades in the Province of Ontario, save and except non-working forepersons, persons above the rank of non-working forepersons and sales and office staff.

The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all construction employees in the employ of the Employer, that is all electricians and electricians' apprentices, linemen and linemen apprentices, network cabling specialists, network cabling specialists' apprentices, and communication cable installers in the employ of Young Electrical Services Ltd. in all sectors of the construction industry in the Province of Ontario save and except non-working foremen and persons above the rank of non-working xxxxxxx. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all non-construction employees in the employ of Young Electrical Services Ltd. in the Province of Ontario save and except non-working foremen and persons above the rank of non-working xxxxxxx.
