Base Wage Adjustment. A. Employee performance evaluations shall be completed no later than July 30th of the affected fiscal year. Failure to complete performance evaluations within the specified time frame will deem the employee performance evaluation to be satisfactory, automatically entitling the employee to the total allowable performance based bonus of two percent (2%) for the affected fiscal year. B. All changes in compensation, including merit increases, promotion, or similar compensation shall take effect on the first day of the pay period starting after the date such increase is scheduled. C. Upon promotion, the salary step for any employee shall be at the next higher salary step in the salary range of the new classification which provides for at least a 5% salary increase over current base salary. Provided, however, that the City shall not be required to pay a salary in excess of the salary range authorized for the highest salary step. D. Effective July 1, 2020, employees will be eligible for an additional step increase of 5% upon meeting the following criteria: 1) Employee has been employed by the City for ten (10) consecutive years. E. An employee within the competitive service who performs satisfactorily as indicated on the performance evaluation will be eligible to receive a step increase upon completion of six months of employment, and be eligible thereafter to be considered for an annual step increase based on a satisfactory performance evaluation. An employee who performs satisfactorily as indicated on the performance evaluation will receive the step increase the first day of the next pay period following the date such increase is scheduled upon approval by the Human Resources Administrator and completion of a Personnel Action Form. F. The City has contracted with CPS HR Consulting to complete a total compensation survey during the term of this Agreement, using the following comparison agencies: Buellton, Fillmore, Goleta, Ojai, Port Hueneme, Santa Xxxxx, Solvang, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Beach, Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Marina, Pacific Grove, Solana Beach, Ventura, Oxnard, and Santa Xxxxxxx. The City’s HR Department will complete the classification study providing informational updates to Local 620. The results of both the classification study and total compensation survey will be shared with Local 620 prior to the initiation of the bargaining of the subsequent Successor MOU.   • Wage Adjustments If the funding available to be used for wages provided by Government in any fiscal year increases, the Employer shall pass on such increases to employees consistent with the funding increase adjusted for any additional deficits that this contract incurs. This will be the case whether the funding increase is for the entire year or simply a portion of it, and wage increases shall be effective upon the effective date of the increased funding. Should there be no increase provided by Government, wages will be maintained at their present levels. Should there be a decrease in funding, then the Employer will maintain wages at present levels. The Employer will promptly provide the Union with any information it receives from the Government regarding funding available for wages, and the parties will meet as required to work towards cooperative resolution of any issues arising from this Government information.

  • True-Up Adjustments From time to time, until the Retirement of the Recovery Bonds, the Servicer shall identify the need for True-Up Adjustments and shall take all reasonable action to obtain and implement such True-Up Adjustments, all in accordance with the following:

  • Share Adjustments If the Company's outstanding shares of Common Stock are increased or decreased or changed into or exchanged for a different number or kind of shares or other securities of the Company by reason of any recapitalization, reclassification, stock split, combination of shares, stock dividend, or transaction having similar effect, the Board shall proportionately and appropriately adjust the number and kind of shares that are subject to this Option and the Exercise Price Per Share, without any change in the aggregate price to be paid therefor upon exercise of this Option.

  • CPI Adjustment At the end of the first Lease year (as hereinafter defined) and every Lease year thereafter (including any renewal periods) the Base Rental provided for in Paragraph 3 above shall be adjusted by adding to Base Rental the "Add-on Factor". The one (1) year periods are each hereinafter referred to as an "Adjustment Period". As used herein, the "Add- on Factor" shall mean the "Add-on Sum" minus "Net Base Rental"; "Add-on Sum" shall mean a sum determined by multiplying the "Net Base Rental" by the "Adjustment Factor"; "Net Base Rental" shall mean the Base Rental described above minus Initial Basic Cost, and "Adjustment Factor" shall mean a fraction, the numerator of which is the "CPI" published immediately preceding the applicable anniversary date and the denominator of which is the "CPI" published immediately preceding the commencement date of the term of this Lease. "CPI" shall mean the United States Average (1982-84 '" 100), as published bi-monthly (or if the same shall no longer be published bi-monthly, on the most frequent basis available) by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Department of Labor (but if such is subject to adjustment later, the later adjusted index shall be used). The Adjusted Rental shall be the new Base Rental of the Premises effective as of the first day of the applicable Adjustment Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing calculation, the yearly percentage rent adjustment pursuant to this Paragraph 9 shall in no event be less than FIVE percent (5%) per year. Tenant shall continue payment of the Base Rental in effect for the expiring Adjustment Period until notified by Landlord of any increase in such Base Rental. Such notification shall include a memorandum showing the calculations used by Landlord in determining the new Base Rental. On the first day of the calendar month immediately succeeding receipt of such notice, Tenant shall commence payment of the new Base Rental spedfied in the notice, and shall also pay to Landlord with respect to the month(s) already expired, the excess of the required monthly rentals spedfied in the notice over the monthly amounts actually paid by Tenant.

  • Fee Adjustment Fees as provided in this Agreement to be charged to residents of Joplin and the City pursuant to this Agreement may be adjusted based upon the AARC's change in costs subsequent to the previous adjustment. Any individual fee increases will be adjusted only to the extent of an increase in the Consumer Price Index (St. Louis -All Urban Consumers), utilizing the December 12 month period index from the previous year. If a fee increase request is in excess of the Consumer Price Index the city may request to review data on actual costs of each service if needed to document cost increases. In the event an adjustment to documented cost is warranted, AARC shall provide written notice thereof with supporting documentation, by no later than May 1 of each year. All increases shall be subject to annual appropriation by the Joplin City Council. City shall have thirty (30) days to review and request additional supporting documentation. In the event the parties are unable to agree to the cost adjustment, either party shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement as provided herein.

  • Workplace adjustment An employer wishing to employ a person under the provisions of this clause shall take reasonable steps to make changes in the workplace to enhance the employee’s capacity to do the job. Changes may involve re-design of job duties, working time arrangements and work organisation in consultation with other employees in the area.

  • Non pre-priced Adjustment Factor To be applied to Work determined not to be included in the CTC but within the general scope of the work: 1.1900.

  • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. District alone reserves the right to reject any changes to this Contract it deems unacceptable.
