Benefits In Lieu. In lieu of Hospital, Medical Benefits, Insurance Benefits and Dental Plan as provided in Clause 15.1 - 15.4 of this Agreement, a part-time member shall receive six (6) percent of the hourly rate of the part-time member added to the member’s hourly rate of pay.

Benefits In Lieu. Permanent part-time employees, not in receipt of health benefits; with the Employer, who have completed their probationary period shall receive an additional five (5) percent their hourly wage in lieu of benefits.

  • Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active.
