Bilingual Incentive Pay. ‌ 1. Any employee whose duty assignments require regular and frequent use of bilingual language skills shall receive bilingual pay. The determination of whether the employee's duty assignments require regular and frequent use of bilingual language skills shall be made by the City Manager. The employee shall retain such bilingual designation throughout the duration of the employee's assignment. When a regular employee is assigned to duties requiring regular and frequent use of bilingual language skills, s/he shall receive $80.00 per pay period. When a regular Part-time employee is assigned to bilingual duties, the bilingual allowance shall be prorated and paid on the same basis that the part-time position is filled and compensated. The scheduled increases, during the life of the Agreement as identified above, shall also be prorated. 2. As used in this section, the phrase "regular and frequent" means that the employee's duty assignments normally require the employee to use bilingual skills at least once each working day, or at least five (5) times each work week. An employee's ability to read, write, or speak a foreign language, and/or occasional incidental use of foreign language skills on the job shall not warrant a bilingual allowance. 3. Employees must pass a fluency test as required by the City in order to be eligible for bilingual incentive pay. The fluency test will be administered by the Human Resources Office or its designee. All employee classifications are eligible for bilingual incentive pay.

Bilingual Incentive Pay. The City authorizes Department Heads to determine whether it is valuable to the City for an employee to use bilingual skills to meet a department's responsibilities in providing direct public contact, either orally or in writing. Those employees who have been determined to possess those skills at a level valuable to the City shall be eligible to receive additional compensation in the amount of a 2.5% increase. The City Manager shall designate the languages recognized as eligible for this incentive pay. All employees being considered for bilingual incentive pay will be tested using the Merit Systems bilingual written/oral proficiency test to determine their eligibility to receive bilingual pay. Merit Systems will grade the test, and the City will set the pass point.
Bilingual Incentive Pay. District will pay additional 2% bilingual incentive pay for those employees designated by the District to translate or communicate in a language other than English. Designated languages must meet the business need of the District as determined by the General Manager. Bilingual incentive pay counts toward maximum District payment of ten percent (10%) for Incentive and certification pays approved by the District.

  • Annual Incentive Payment The Executive shall participate in the Company's Management Incentive Plan (or such alternative, successor, or replacement plan or program in which the Company's principal operating executives, other than the Chief Executive Officer, generally participate) and shall have a targeted incentive thereunder of not less than $240,000 per year; provided, however, that the Executive's actual incentive payment for any year shall be measured by the Company's performance against goals established for that year and that such performance may produce an incentive payment ranging from none to 200% of the targeted amount. The Executive's incentive payment for any year will be appropriately pro-rated to reflect a partial year of employment.

  • Annual Incentive The Employee shall be entitled to receive a percentage of the Employee's Target Incentive for the calendar year in which such termination occurs. Such percentage shall equal a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of days in such calendar year up to and including the date of such termination and the denominator of which shall be the number of days in such calendar year. Such amount shall be payable according to the normal practice of the Company with respect to the payment of bonuses.

  • Annual Incentive Compensation Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus (“Annual Bonus”) with respect to each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period. The Annual Bonus shall be determined under the 2006 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Omnibus Plan”) or such other annual incentive plan maintained by the Company for similarly situated employees that the Company designates, in its sole discretion (any such plan, the “Bonus Plan”), in accordance with the terms of such plan as in effect from time to time. For each such fiscal year, Executive shall be eligible to earn a target Annual Bonus equal to seventy percent (70%) of Executive’s Base Salary for such fiscal year, if the Company achieves the target performance goals established by the Board for such fiscal year in accordance with the terms of the Bonus Plan. If the Company does not achieve the threshold performance goals established by the Board for a fiscal year, Executive shall not be entitled to receive an Annual Bonus for such fiscal year. If the Company exceeds the target performance goals established by the Board for a fiscal year, Executive may be entitled to earn an additional Annual Bonus for such year in accordance with the terms of the applicable Bonus Plan. The Annual Bonus for each year shall be payable at the same time as bonuses are paid to other senior executives of the Company in accordance with the terms of the applicable Bonus Plan, but in no event later than two and a half (21/2) months following the end of the applicable fiscal year in which such Annual Bonus was earned. Executive shall be entitled to receive any Annual Bonus that becomes payable in a lump-sum cash payment, or, at his election, (A) up to fifty percent (50%) of the Annual Bonus in the form of a grant of restricted stock units of Common Stock (as defined below) or (B) in any form that the Board generally makes available to the Company’s executive management team, provided that any such election is made by Executive in compliance with Section 409A of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Annual Incentive Awards The Executive shall participate in the Company's annual incentive compensation plan with a target annual incentive award opportunity of no less than 40% of Base Salary and a maximum annual incentive award opportunity of 80% of Base Salary. Payment of annual incentive awards shall be made at the same time that other senior-level executives receive their incentive awards.

  • Annual Incentive Bonus The Company shall, in addition to Executive’s Base Salary, pay Executive an Annual Incentive Bonus, which shall be payable within 120 days of the end of each fiscal year in accordance with the formula set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.

(3) All lump sum payments referenced herein will be paid in February of the following year.

  • Bonus and Incentive Compensation Executive shall be entitled to equitable participation in incentive compensation and bonuses in any plan or arrangement of the Bank or the Company in which Executive is eligible to participate. Nothing paid to Executive under any such plan or arrangement will be deemed to be in lieu of other compensation to which Executive is entitled under this Agreement.

  • Long-Term Incentive Compensation Subject to the Executive’s continued employment hereunder, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in any equity incentive plan for executives of the Firm as may be in effect from time to time, in accordance with the terms of any such plan.
