  • Not Discriminate In its performance of this Grant Contract, the Grantee shall not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, sex, national origin, religion, age, marital status, or disability, with respect to either provision of services or in its employment practices. In the event a federal or state court or administrative agency makes a finding of discrimination against Grantee after a due process hearing, Grantee shall forward a copy of the finding to Project Monitor.   • Unlawful Discrimination 14.1 The Contractor shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the provisions of the Race Relations Xxx 0000, the Sex Discrimination Acts 1975 and 1986 and Disability Discrimination Xxx 0000, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof relating to discrimination in employment.   • Freedom from Discrimination The Employer, the Union and the employees agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, or coercion exercised or practiced with respect to any employee by reason of race, colour, ancestry, nationality, ethnic origin, place of origin, creed, religion, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, family status, family affiliation, political belief, political association, social condition, conviction for which a pardon has been granted, union membership or activity, or for exercising their rights under this Agreement.
