Booking and Payment Terms. 2.1 The Guest must be authorised to accept the Booking Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons named on the Booking Form and Booking Agreement. 2.2 Bookings cannot be accepted for persons under 18 years of age. 2.3 For bookings made 8 weeks or more in advance, the booking for a holiday will be effective when a deposit of 30% of the total Rent, the signed Contract of Hire and a Booking Fee of £35 are received. The full balance of the total cost of the holiday and the Refundable Security Deposit must be paid not later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking. 2.4 All reservation Deposits and Booking Fees paid to the Agent are non-refundable. 2.5 In addition to the cost of your holiday, the Agent will require a refundable Security Deposit which may be used to cover the cost of breakages, damage, loss or extra cleaning if required and will be returned to the Guest within 14 working days of the end of the holiday. It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure that the Property and its furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects are left in the same state of cleanliness and order as was found at the start of the holiday. The Agent reserves the right to make a charge for any extra cleaning necessary as a result of failure to comply. The Agent will deduct the cost of extra cleaning and/or breakages from the Refundable Security Deposit and forward the balance to the Guest. The Guest shall be responsible for serious loss or damage which occurs to the Property or its contents as a result of their negligence during their occupancy and is also responsible for paying appropriate compensation to the Owner. The Agents/Owners decision is final. 2.6 All payments can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling.

Booking and Payment Terms. 3.1 For bookings made 8 weeks or more in advance, the booking for a holiday will be effective when a deposit of at least one third of the holiday price (rounding up to the nearest pound sterling) has been received by Xxxxx Cottage. Up to that time it will be a provisional booking, and provisional bookings are normally held for a maximum of 7 working days or less if within 3 months of the holiday start date. The full balance of the total holiday cost (including any increase made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) will be payable not later than 8 weeks before the holiday begins. 3.2 For bookings made for a holiday less than 8 weeks away, full payment must be made at the time of booking. 3.3 All payments can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling and, a credit card charge applies for payments made using Visa, MasterCard of 2% on the total booking value. A charge of 1% applies for payments made by Debit card.
Booking and Payment Terms. 1.1 Stonar Short Courses (SSC) are currently accepting bookings for 2024. Bookings should be made using our online booking form which is available via our website. 1.2 All booking forms submitted are subject to acceptance by SSC. We will process each booking and email to confirm whether your booking has been accepted. The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the booking confirmation. 1.3 Once a booking has been confirmed, a deposit of 40% of the full amount will be required within 14 working days on receipt of the invoice, or the full amount immediately on receipt of an invoice for any bookings confirmed less than one month prior to the Course starting. Please reference all bank payments with name, student reference number and invoice number from your booking confirmation. All international bank transfer charges are to be paid by the sender. Please send an email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx identifying student name, amount paid and date of payment. 1.5 If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, contact us at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or 0000 (0) 0000 000000. 1.6 SSC reserves the right to cancel a booking if: - Deposit has not been paid in full within 14 working days of the due date, or - Remaining balance has not been paid four weeks before the course begins. 1.7 SSC are happy to accept childcare vouchers as part or full payment for its children’s Short Courses. Please contact SSC for further details on how to pay using childcare vouchers.

The visitor is responsible for any fees levied during the exchange and the Owners are to receive the full sterling value as requested. 5. The Visitor must provide their full postal address and contact details for insurance and legal reasons. 6. You can pay by credit card through STRIPE, the card handler for the Art Deco HouseUK, by the booking portal or agent’s card processor or by bank transfer to The Owners Bank Account (held at National Westminster Bank, with your dates as the reference), by xxxxxx (payable to X Xxxxx & S Xxxxx-Xxxxx. 7. All refunds of security deposits are made by refunding using the same method as the security payment was originally made. Most agents and portals do not pass over the security deposit and retain it themselves until after your stay and no damages have been confirmed by us.

All payments can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling and, a credit card charge applies for payments made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express of 1.5% on the total booking value. No charge applies for payments made by debit card.
