Boulevards. All boulevards (i.e. all areas between the property line and gravel shoulder and/or curb, if applicable) which are not utilized for sidewalk or driveways shall be properly graded and covered with a minimum of 150mm of topsoil and nursery sod prior to the placement of top course xxxxxxx. Xxxxxx tree planting shall be in accordance with the Streetscape Plan and shall be completed as each phase is at final grade with sidewalk and sod in place. The boulevard must be completed prior to street trees being planted.
Boulevards. The Developer shall, in accordance with the Village’s specifications, be responsible for the installation of pavement, unit paving stones or sod, and plantation of trees in all non-traveled surfaces of boulevards, cul-de-sac islands, and medians.
Boulevards. All boulevards and other areas to be landscaped shall be finished with minimum 100mm of topsoil on which is placed nursery sod, and is watered as necessary to provide for proper root growth.
Boulevards a) The Developer shall, at no expense to the City, sod, and plant trees on, all boulevards within and fronting on the Planned Area, all in accordance with City specifications and guidelines and, where required, with concept plans prepared Developer’s Initials: by the Developer and submitted to, and approved by, the Director of Public Works.
Boulevards. All boulevards shall be levelled to within 150 mm of final grading prior to the installation of underground wiring by the Commission. All boulevards shall be levelled and graded on completion of curbing and/or sidewalks. A minimum of 75 mm of topsoil shall be spread on the boulevards and they shall be seeded and fertilized. These boulevards shall not be accepted by the City until a grass lawn has been established.
Boulevards. Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement: 50 mm compacted depth of hot-mix, hot laid base course asphalt, HL-8 course mix and 40 mm compacted depth of hot-mix, hot laid base course asphalt, HL-4. The thickness of asphalt shall represent compacted depths. The Owner shall, maintain the roadways in a usable condition for vehicular traffic until such time as the roadways have been assumed by the City. The Owner shall repair the roadway within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving notice, or of the Engineer receiving notice to do so from the Director. Immediately prior to the construction of the final gravel course and the surface treatment, the previously constructed gravel course shall be inspected by the Director and where, in the opinion of the Director, the surface has become contaminated, the Owner shall remove all such contaminated areas and replace with acceptable material, all at no cost to the City. Curbs and Gutters and Sidewalks Concrete curb and gutter shall be constructed in accordance with the OPSS - 353. Curb and gutter shall be constructed on both sides of all streets. The type of curb and gutter to be installed shall be as follows: Concrete barrier curb shall be constructed in accordance with OPSD 600.040 as determined by the City. Curb and gutter terminations shall be constructed in accordance with the OPSD 608.010. Sidewalks shall be constructed in all locations as indicated within the site set out in Schedule “D” attached hereto and in accordance with OPSS - 351. Ramps shall be constructed at all intersecting streets and where public walkways intersect a street. Watermains Watermains, including valves, valve boxes, hydrants etc. shall be installed in accordance with the Ministry of the Environment’s Design Guidelines for Drinking-Water Systems to which the Form 1 was subject and in the location indicated on Schedule “A-1” and shall be of such size as required by the Director as set out in Schedule ”D” hereto. Boulevards. 3.16 The Owner agrees that all unpaved portions of the street allowances shall be fine graded to finished grade and to fill and rough grade the lots prior to the issuance of building permits. Temporary Access Road
