Use of District Buildings. The Association shall be allowed the use of areas normally used for meeting purposes for meetings of District employees during non-work hours when: A. such space is available and its use by the Association is scheduled twenty-four (24) hours in advance; B. there is no additional cost to the District; C. it does not interfere with normal District operations; D. employees in attendance are not on duty and are not scheduled for duty; E. the meetings are on matters within the scope of representation. The administrative official responsible for the space shall establish and maintain scheduling of such uses. The Association shall maintain proper order at the meeting, and see that the space is left in a clean and orderly condition. The use of District equipment (other than items normally used in the conduct of business meetings, such as desks, chairs, and whiteboards) is strictly prohibited, even though it may be present in the meeting area.

Use of District Buildings. 4 The Association, and its representatives, shall have the right to schedule the use of 5 District buildings for meetings and to transact Association business therein, provided 6 such buildings are not otherwise in use. Such scheduling must be done with the prior 7 approval of the appropriate building administration. 8
Use of District Buildings. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use District buildings for meetings and to transact Association business provided, however, such meetings must be scheduled with the building principal/supervisor and shall not have precedence over routine educational use or over previously scheduled use by other agencies.

Use of District Buildings. The Association and its members shall have the right to use school buildings for Association meetings, provided that when special custodial service is required, the Board may make a reasonable charge therefor. The Association and its members shall have the right to use school equipment such as computers and duplicating equipment for business of the local membership only, providing that such use shall not interfere with normal school operations. Such use is subject to clearance from the building principal or Director of Facility Operations or their designee(s).

Use of District Buildings. Upon notification to the building administrator, the Association shall have the right to use district facilities for Association meetings at reasonable times during non- school and non-duty hours, provided that such meetings shall not interfere with normal school operations. At all such meetings the Association shall provide to the building administrator a district employee who has pre-existing authorized access codes and keys to the building to be responsible for building security. Any rooms or facilities so used shall be left in clean condition.
