Cancellation of Scheduled Overtime. A unit member shall be notified of any overtime cancellation by the District at the end of the work day prior to the time that the employee was required to report for work. If the employee is not so notified and the overtime is cancelled, the unit member shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay.

Cancellation of Scheduled Overtime. When scheduled overtime occurs on a scheduled day off (ex: Saturday, Sunday, 9/80 day, City Holiday) and is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the employee shall receive a payment equivalent to two (2) hours at straight time.
Cancellation of Scheduled Overtime. Cancellation of scheduled overtime, either before or after the employee starts work, will result in a one (1) hour minimum at overtime rates.

Notice of such cancellation shall be given to the Bank in writing, or by cable or telephone confirmed in writing.

  • CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT State Street shall use reasonable efforts to act on all authorized requests to cancel or amend payment orders received in compliance with the Security Procedure provided that such requests are received in a timely manner affording State Street reasonable opportunity to act. However, State Street assumes no liability if the request for amendment or cancellation cannot be satisfied.
